I enjoyed staying at the hotel as it catered to the things that I needed to make my stay comfortable. There is a fridge in the rooms so your able to keep some snacky foods and drinks cold. There is satelite though for Brits not much good as only CNN. The rooms are spacious, airy and very clean. If you needed anything staff were happy to help. Trips can be arranged by the hotel, but I did some myself as others could be cheaper, good to look around at times. I found the location a bit far from the Main Market Square of Krakow, but great if you enjoy walking. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers and Krakow to anyone who loves history and beatiful architecture. I was a single traveller and felt very safe, relaxed and had a magnificent time.

Hotel Eden provided a comfortable, spacious room in the Jewish quarterof Krakow, an easy walk from the Old Town and the castle. The staff atthe Hotel were incredibly helpful, gracious and friendly. The breakfastwas an amazing spread of breads, cakes, cheeses, meat, freshvegetables, cereals etc. The rooms are not fancy, but are extremelyclean and quiet. And while catering to tourists from all over the worldthe hotel makes a special effort to make Jewish customers comfortableand able to observe Shabbat. I would definitely stay at Hotel Edenagain when I return to Krakow.

I have stayed in Krakow many times and have stayed in Hotels and Hostels at higher and lower prices, I found the Eden was clean, tidy, well maintained and very comfortable, I also found the staff very friendly and helpful with the rooms cleaned on a daily basis, The food was excellent! I plan more trips to Krakow and from now will stay in the Eden Hotel without a doubt. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay in my favourite city Krakow! John Guy England.
