I arrived at 10.00am, and as they had a room available they let me checkin. They gave me a suite, although I'd booked a single room. No extracharge. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was quaint andcharming.Breakfast was adequate. It was a charming hotel right in thecity centre. Ideal for shopping sightseeing clubbing etc.It was cheap -£60 a night. I was impressed. \\It was a great choice and made for avery nice experience. Also, if you are coming to Krakow by car, it isvery close to one of the most central car parks.

The hotel is really nice and very cosy - my room was very comfortable, with a bath tube and a high ceiling with beams which gave the room a medieval touch)))) I also liked the breakfast served dowstairs and especiallyy the man who served it - it's so nice to see someone who is so friendy and cheerful in the morning!! The other members of the hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great - I had no problems achieving my places of interest and railway station by foot. Thank you!!!!

The rooms were huge, staff friendly and the location perfect. We arrivedon the train from the airport - for anyone else doign the same make sureyou head down to the large underpass on the corner of the square andwalk under and through into the park. The hotel is just down the road tothe left after the park. I thought the breakfast was excellent andlocation perfect for a weekend away. We didnt' have a car but there wasloads of parking nearby.
