The hotel was fantastic the staff were all amazing, the hotel was veryclean the breakfast was so delicious I can not find any faults what soever with the hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone consideringa holiday in Poland. It is only a five minute tram journey from the towncenter so is within easy reach of the shops and tourist attractions. Ourholiday in Poland has left us both with some amazing memories don't beafraid to go exploring in the back streets thats where you will findsome of the old Poland which is very very beautiful and well worthvisiting. We went to Auschwitz and the salt mines and went with a tourguide this I would highly recommend we had plenty of time to look aroundat our leisure and ask questions also taste the traditional food as wellit is well worth it

Despite the old look of the Demel hotel the comfort is there and the staff really make the difference. I command all of them for provided services. Very recommended if travel by car, only 10 minutes to drive in the Krakow center, but taxi and tram is also to be considered if you like to enjoy one from the plenty local pubs and restaurants in the center. Don't D&D. Free parking, internet functional and a very sufficient breakfast for our needs could be added to the achievements. Demel is a serious offer (price to services ratio) to consider when travel to Krakow.

A great hotel for visiting Krakow, the tram stop was a 2 minute walk away and the staff were very helpfull in pointing this out they even allowed us to leave our car on their carpark for the day even though we had checked out. Rooms are a little dated but this was not a problem at all. Overall I would highly recomend this hotel and it was our favourite of our 4 night stay in Poland. The food in the restaurant was excellent and we arrived 30 minutes before closing time but at no time were we rushed to leave. AGAIN i would highly recomend this hotel.
