The staff speak English, so the stress of trying to make oneselfunderstood is removed. The hotel is bright and modern. The bed linen ischanged every day, including the duvet covers. The air conditioning isexcellent and on the second day of our 2 day visit as it had rained allday and we were wet and cold the room could be heated with the airconditioning system. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist wasconcerned for us as we had booked a second room for another familymember who was unable to travel with us and we had lost the cost of theroom. She upgraded us to 2 superior rooms as a result. The food is of avery high standard for both breakfast and evening dinner and the diningroom is pleasant.

The hotel is beautiful, I love how original and modern it looks. The breakfast buffet is big, very good and has lots of choice. It is always filled up quickly. Location is good if you want to be near shopping mall and main bus / train station. The old city is a half hour walk, which is not too far.

Good value hotel with nice facilities. Location is a bit away from the center of town, but the hotel is right on a main tram line and getting to the historic center was very easy. Breakfast (included in the rate) was very good....loved the Polish sausages.
