Secured parking at the hotel location. Friendly, helpful staff andmanagers willing to arrange tours, dinner reservations, provideinformation. Very large suite with a bedroom, living room, big closets.Newly updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. Easy walkto main town square (15-20 minutes). Although there is no view, thehotel is just a block away from the castle, lake, and pleasant walkingtrails. Very quiet at night. Complementary bottles of water each day.Small lounge for evening drinks. Felt very welcome at the hotel andwould stay there again.

Very polite and helpful staff. Nice and elegant rooms and interiour of the hotel that sooths the eye. When I heard the breakfast was going to be served in the celler I had my doubts. I shouldn't have! Really tasteful and good breakfast in the form of a bufet. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The distance to city square isnt a problem either. If you like to walk then its 15min if you dont the hotel staff order a cab for you and it takes you there for 3 Euro depending on the time of day. You can even see Wawel from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and kindly upgraded us to a suite which comprised a bedroom, large living room and seperate shower room. This hotel was both homely and comfortable. The Breakfast area was clean and tidy and there was a quite a varied selection of food to choose from. The walk from the hotel to the old town square took about 15 mins.(easy going). With the river close by and a lovely view from the bridge to the castle, it made this a very nice location.
