The hotel was comfortable and the location is good. It was an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to Stare Miasto and an equal distance to the rail station. I liked the seperate shower and toilet and the living room area. My only complaints would be the lack of english channels on the tv and the unavailability of ice. Other than that, the hotel is a great value for the money. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the front desk manager. She was very accomodating and sincere and she seemed eager to ensure that we had a great stay. I would definately stay at this hotel on my next visit to Kravow and recommend this hotel to others.

People are very friendly and helpful at the reception. Hotel is extremely well situated, surrounded by everything you need on a day to day basis, far enough from town center to avoid the noise at night, and in the mean time close enough fom town center to enjoy it as often as you want without always sking a taxi to drive you there.

reception staff most helpful and friendly, breakfast was served in room which came as a little suprise, sufficient value for the rate we paid for room, good location but need to be early riser as we had apartment on the front and trams started really early in the morning! Very basic, but for what we paid good value.
