the plumbing was excellent, truly great shower. the floor was stone so it gave a suggestion of 'clean' even though it wasn't washed between guests. Very good amenities for the price. good central location. What makes the stay memorable is the entertaining negatives, rooms so noisy they are off the charts, ' the Faulty Tower' aspects like clueless hotel clerks who has never stayed in a hotel, or worked ( they were so young) had no idea they have a duty to help guests when things don't work and not just phone their boss, and a boss who has never run a hotel before but is a restauranteur who decided to go for a restaurant look in his hotel with exposed bricks and 'stylish' features, so each room IS a ear deafening trattoria. This hotel is for style-victims, like women who wear uncomfortably high heeled shoes because they look like something in a fashion magazine, never mind the discomfort. Perhaps it represents the Polish idea of 'progressive'. my room for example feature at least

Myself and cousin went on a city trip to Krakow, our first time there. The welcome from the very pleasant team was excellent and throughout our stay they could not have been more helpful. The apartment is no more than 2 minutes walk from the main square and is therefore in the most central place to stay in Krakow. You are surrounded by bars restaurants and historical buildings. We walked from the main train station and it took 15 minutes to reach the apartment. The building is in keeping with the classical style of the city in a very 'olde worlde' street/area, you can just feel the history. Inside we were presented with a brand new and fantastically renovated apartment. It has top of the range fittings throughout and was spotlessly clean. I would recommend this accomodation to all and to top it all it was what I would call inexpensive, (compared to other lesser hotels, etc), for the area. If you are going to Krakow for any reason stay here, it is excellent.

Excellent location - yards from the main square with all its'attractions and surrounded by a huge choice of restaurants / coffeeshops / bars. We booked airport transfer from Krakow with the hotel -taxi was there when we landed (even though we were 30 minutes early).Friendly staff who were able to answer all our questions regardinggetting around Krakow and back to the airport. Apartment was fitted withall the amenities you'd expect from a recently renovated building. Wedidn't take their breakfast package (we ate cheaper at a lovey littlelocal restaurant called Gulliwer). Apartments are highly recommended.
