This was our first visit to Bialystok and it was the most pleasantsurprise for years. B is a very nice city and in the very heart of thecity we stayed in Hotel Cristal which is a very good hotel withcompetent, friendly and helpful staff. It is a stylish clean hotel witha very good breakfast hard to beat by others. We will certainly comeback to b and Hotel Cristal. Lars and Helene from Riga

The hotel was very clean, central- very close to the main square and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely- we arrived late on the first night and had a lovely meal in their restaurant. The hotel also did our laundry- at a cost, of course, but it made our life much easier!! Hotel had a tv, fridge, lovely bathroom- chocolates on the pillow.There wa sa bar fridge, which we didn't use and some water for our use. Only improvement could have been tea and coffee facilities. Highly recommended.

We came on Saturday and stayed until Tuesday so we had two full dayswhich was good for us. After the superb breakfast we went by car to themarkets offcenter and after lunch we walked around in the central partwith more good shopping and beautiful parks.When evening came we werereally tired and relaxed in the hotel. We had an exclusive double room(with extra bed/sofa) and the room was really spacious . Although westayed all three in the room is was enough comfortable space. The hotelhas a very central location and in the inner yard was a colony withjackdaws chatting . After the busy days we went to bed at the same timeas the birds and in the morning we woke up as they with the differencethat we had a wellprepared breakfast waiting us!
