The Comfort Logies de Eshof is a charming 3 star Bed & Breakfast housed in a traditional Saxon farmhouse dating back to the mid 18th century and nestled in the historic village of Norg.

Beautiful old building restored in a sympathetic but contemporary style.The suite is lovely - plenty of living space with two sofas and a largetable in addition to separate bedroom with double bed. Welcoming hostproviding suggestions of what to do in the area. Good breakfast whichyou can choose to take in your room or at one of the table locationsthroughout the garden. Peaceful and relaxing - a great place to spend afew quiet days.

Located in one of the nicest streets of the historic city center of Groningen you can find NH Hotel De Ville, literally your "house of the city". Activities / Services: Restaurant, Non-Smoking Rooms, Laundry, Breakfast in the Room, Bridal Suite, Elevator, Bicycle Rental, Cycling, Luggage Storage, All Public and Private spaces non-smoking ... Groningen has a rich culture, heavily influenced by the student community and its own history.

The staff were very welcoming, and spoke perfect English which was helpful as we had little knowledge of the Dutch language. The hotel location was perfect for our four day trip, staying two nights at this hotel in Groningen. The hotel facilities in general were excellent: the room was spacious, all the room facilities were of a high standard; the breakfasts provided offered a wide selection of warm and cold foods, in particular, the fresh fruit and the selection of fresh breads; we enjoyed the conservatory and patio garden and relaxing there in the afternoon with a glass of wine was also a highlight of our stay. This is the second time we have chosen an NH hotel when in The Netherlands and would give the two hotels (the other was in Amsterdam several years ago) the highest recommendation. To summarise, The Hotel De Ville in Groningen is a small city centre hotel with excellent staff and facilities.
