The position of the hotel was very central and within easy reach of thebeach , shops and old town. Great for bed and breakfast or selfcatering. Staff helpful and as we dont speak Italian were very patientand their English on the whole was very good. Liked the fact there wastea and coffee making facilities in room which is rare in hotels abroadand free drinks in the mini bar.

A stay in the hotel was greatly pleased. Personnel of hotel are very polite, affable and attentive, ready to always help in the solution of almost any problems of vacationers. Their politeness and attentiveness to the guests were very pleasant to us. The arrangement of hotel is very successful, because it is found in some distance from the street; therefore this gives to the guests advantage from th.

After driving past the hotel twice we eventually plucked up the courage to pass over the curb to the driveway of the hotel. Once inside we were pleasantly surprised after reading some comments about this hotel. Bed was firm and the linen good quality and clean. Yes the towels are the new type of linen but hey think of the environment and these are good for washing and drying so i.

Every single staff member was fantastic, we received amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is superbly located close to the old town square with wonderful shops and restaurants. The number 9 bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel and costs 1 euro allow at least half an hour to get to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Would classify this hotel as boutique and charming. Rimini is definitely a cycle friendly town. Preferred this location to other hotels nearer the beach.

We stayed for a week at this hotel had booked well in advance but wastold on arrival that somebody had given our room to others the nightbefore (lame excuse) so they could upgrade us to a suite for 207eurosper night as a big favour. This hotel isnot suitable for beach holiday makers as all the other hotels are onlyacross the road from the beach this hotel is.

The hotel is perfectly in the better part of Rimini’s beach area. Viale Vespucci at the front of the hotel has lots of good restaurants and shopping. The beach is to the rear of the hotel and the hotel’s designated beach is #33. Our hotel room was OK, no more than that. The hotel looked a little tired throughout and could do with a touch-up in places.

As a single parent with two small sons (6 & 8yrs), I was looking for hotel that was mid priced but in a good location and came with free wifi. The National fits the bill perfectly!Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The hotel is very clean, very close to beach 33 (which has an excellent restaurant on), fast free wifi and they even give you free towels for the pool and beach if you need them. I was particularly grateful that we could use the spa facilities on the last day to shower and change before heading to the airport to catch the flight home, even though we’d checked out in the morning.

The hotel is located just in front of the sea. The hotel iscentered just in the middle of Rimini’s "Shopping Street", so you justhave to got outside to be "right there". Soundproof is excellent (butdon’t try to open the window if you don’t like the street noise). Freeparking and free WiFi both worked fine.

First of all, location. Hotel staff vas very helpfull, and they help us with everything we’d ask them. Hotel is not new, but it’s clean and we had tv and aircondition as well. My recomendation for those who like beach-close hotels and center location on beach riviera. Also, historical centre of town is close, by bus 10-15 min (bus station is 50 m of hotel) and by walk 30-40 min of slow walk. Private parking in front and in the back of the hotel.

Excellent location and value for money. Hotel Milano is a 70’s stylehotel but very clean and spacious, the day staff very helpful andpolite, its a small hotel witht a fantastic location. Walk out the backcar park (which is free) and your at the beach soaking up the sun. Verybusy night life with plenty of resturants and bars and shops openedtill late.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel plaza along with a friend. On arrival we were greeted by Giovanni the hotel proprietor and wife Rita. We took advantage of this and spent a pleasant morning cycling along the sea front to the centre of Rimini. We chose B&B but you can have a 4 course lunch or dinner at the hotel for 10Euros, good value. The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable.

There are no 4 or 5 star hotels in Rimini, but the Plaza deserves 5 stars for being an amazingly good value hotel. Located 100m walk down the road from the beach - free beach towels are provided - the rooms are good (ask for the ones with a sea view), have free internet access, and the food was excellent (four courses for lunch and dinner). Don’t miss out on the trips the hotel organises too, especially the ghostly Monte Bello castle tour! But what makes this hotel so special are the owners and staff. Gianni and Rita are born hoteliers, they are charming, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

The family that runs the hotel is wonderful. They made us feel welcome, and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel offers free bicycle rental and beach towels, and the location was just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Espero Residence is clean and comfortable hotel, everything works: liftand a free air conditioner, though not able to access the Internetthrough AmazonKindle (we did it in other hotels in Italy). I would recommend specially this hotel to the families with children; the room has a small very good equipped kitchen, where you could prepare very quickly something to eat. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is near to the beach, around 100m and near to the main street of Torre Pedrera, Via San Salvador, where are the restaurants and the shops. About the parking place: because the hotel has a small parking place, I parked 500m away in a private guarded area; for.

The location was good, only 10 mins to station and even less to beach.There was a nice walk to the old town through the park which was acouple of minutes away at the end of our road. The apartment wasspacious with a large balcony and contained everything we needed apartfrom a kettle. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower weremore roomy than some hotels I've stayed in. The water was always hotand there was heating in the bathroom and a clothes dryer provided onthe balcony.

We liked the staff and the location was a nice walk through a park tothe centre of Rimini. It is located about 5 minute walk from theseafront which looked very clean. We gave some advice on how to makethings a little better for future guests which was very welcomed byhotel staff and think that they are going to them on board so that isgood. It all goes to making it a better place to stay as location wiseit is ideal for everything that you could want on holiday.

I received an email the day before I arrived to say the apartment wasnot available and was offererd a Hotel room instead at the same priceplus breakfast which I accepted.The staff were very helpfull and theroom was ok but a litttle small. Breakfast was adequate. The positionwas excellent. Good WiFi in room.

It´s located 10 min far from the beach (walking distance), so it´s notso near to the crowded and noisy promenade. Terraces in 3rd floor arevery nice, especially if you got a room on the corner of the building.Está a diez minutos de la playa andando, por lo que se evita el ruido dela calle principal, Regina Elena, y del paseo marítimo. Si te toca unahabitación que haga esquina en la planta 3, tienes una terrazaestupenda.
