Pleasant typical Italian mid-range hotel, nice balcony with distant views. Decent size room for this level of hotel. Staff competent and in one case exceptionally cheerful and helpful (a great asset to the place). The location is in a down-at-heel small town with several mid-to-down market eating opportunities in teh Piazza - the hotel doesn't do evening meals. My favourite for meals was the Trousers Trattoria ("Trattoria Pantalone"). This is the most expensive place in town, yet eating there is very cheap and authentic Italian -- almost no non-Italians around. Good base for exploring Rome -- drive to Park and Ride at Anagnina and go in on the Metro.

Simpel, friendly staff. This is what I like and appreciate. The hotel is located in an quite, beautiful small town on the hills of Frascati and Rome. Just in 45 minutes you can be in Rome downtown using the metro. Park your car at Rebibbia metro station... and then Rome will be yours :-)

A family run hotel. Owner (Mrs Barbara ARMOROSO) was very helpful and sympathetic. It was very kind of her that she has sent a bottle of champagne to our room even we arrived late at night for our 25th wedding anniversary. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are small but lovely. Location; quite, in the middle of countryside, and you can sip your drink while you are watching Rome day and night from your balcony.

The hotel was in a very good location it was 15 min walk from the mainattractive locations and it was also near to the train station, metrostation and bus station, the staff were very friendly and helpfulespecially peter that he welcomed me again in the hotel after I checkedout when I had a problem with my flight. The breakfast was ordinary butwas good; the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend the hotel forthe couples that want to discover Rome with good budget.

We had a great experience and the staff was wonderful. The airport pickup was great (so we didn t need to wait in the large taxi queue) Ourpurse got stollen in Paris and we were waiting for new credit card whichwere going to be send to the hotel in Rome. Place location is greatand accommodations were very good. Yes we highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location. Atmosphere at the hotel was really domestic. The entire hotel staff, without exception, was very polit and cheerful. Dining room in the hotel was small and cozy. Do not want to leave this hotel!.

I would say it was such an interesting stay. I was shocked when I arrived at late night, not seeing any hotel building nearby as the hotel itself is combined with other hotels in the same building. Only see the name on the door bell and feel a bit dissappointed before enter to hotel. Will definitely go back next time!.

The hotel is well-located close to Termini station & the metro. I would describe this hotel as acceptable for a coupleof days in Rome, it was pretty good value for Rome in the high season. It is not unpleasant, but nothing to write home about. The staff werevery pleasant & helpful, & breakfast was quite good.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and made me feel like home. The boothroom is also very comfortable. In general the hotel would deserve higher ranking than 2stars If you want to ensure silence and calmness ask the hotel to book your room in the side of the yard since there is a daily market place on the street side. I highly recommend the hotel since the location and facilities in general are optimal.
