This hotel is incredibly nice and if located closer to the city would be 4-5 times as much to stay at. It is not a good hotel to see Rome from, but if you are there with a car, this is the hotel to stay at. The room and view are really nice and comfortable. Great if you are using to fly out from Ciampino the next morning.
David  — 23.5.2011
Really good hotel with views over Rome (at a distance) Top quality and spacious. The local town of Marino was well worth a visit, as was the adjacent lake Albano.
Stuart  — 23.6.2010
Hotel is well located near a train line for easy access to Rome. The hotel has a great female staff member who was very friendly and helpful.

we went there with our 1 year daughter for a long weekend. Besides the great view and relaxed atmosphere, the highlight here was that we had the chance to have dinner in the hotel restaurant alone (superb view, exquisite food), with the chef to our entire disposition. He was even so kind to take care of our daughter while we were eating. Although the hotel is in a mid price range, if you want to treat such luxury would have been unaffordable somewhere else. Helpful and kind staff (english, italian & spanish).

A real treat! We spent a long weekend there and it was wonderful. We didnot feel as being in a hotel but as being with friends. The naturalscenario is beautiful and the place is fantastic to relax and enjoy thestay. Is like an oasis of peace close to Rome. The rooms are spotlessand very comfortable, Each room has some very nice antique furniturewhich gives to the place a warm personality. We fell in love with thebig dog there, so sweet and friendly. We will definitely go back foranother holiday.

Beautiful hotel with good size (Junior Suite and Twin) rooms furnishedand decorated to a very high standard by the owners of this fairly newlyopened hotel. The lounge and dining areas were similarly tasteful andthe lovely terrace provided stunning lake views and a great place torelax/sun bath. The 'maneger' (perfect English) was very helpful withtourist information. Only 8kn from Ciampino airport (Ryan Air) also abonus but a car really is essential for this location.

Hotel Edera was a nice hotel in a very nice part of Rome. Leaving thehotel and heading left, it is located a few blocks away from a park, which is sitauted next to the Collosseum and Metro station. When leavingthe hotel and heading right, there are shops and nice restaurants beforeheading to Roma Termini train station (which was a 20 minute walk away -easy access and money saver when arriving by train!) Our room was verybig with a large recently re-modeled bathroom (compared to other hotelswe stayed at during our Europe trip, and even some hotel chains inAmerica!) and we also enjoyed a nice br.

I had 2 reservations at this hotel, one in September 17 for 4 nites and back in october 5 for 2 nites. 30 am because of late flight ,was ok with no problem, only the hotel staff very rude. The second time when we came back ,we had the suprize ,they told us we were overbooked and they sent us to onother hotel. At least was not 12;30 am,but was very inconvinient and thenew hotel was not the same as Edera.
Richard  — 31.8.2010
The Hotel Edera is a ideally placed hotel if you are visiting Rome,5mins walk from the Colosseum and 10-15mins from the main train station. The rooms are clean and the breakfast, although a small selectionprovides a good start to the day - the coffee is the best I had in rome, and its included in the price! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in hotel for three nights. Staffwere lovely. Definately recommend the hotel. Rome is very busy and canbe rather hectic at times and just to be.
Nicole  — 8.6.2011
Our stay at Relais Fontana Di Trevi was fantastic. I have stayed at many other hotels in Italy and they just don’t compare. We booked a room in the Annex (around the corner from the main hotel - cheaper!) however were provided with an upgrade in the main (luxurious!) hotel upon arrival. And the breakfast is amazing - bacon, eggs, crepes, ham, cheese, yoghurt - AMAZING! All up.
Kathryn  — 4.7.2010
It was a lovely hotel, located a few steps from the Fontana di Trevi. A great location (you can walk nearly everywhere!) which also allows you the opportunity to enjoy the fountain - early-morning-style-empty - (before the maddening crowds arrive!). The staff were wonderful and accommodating in every way. Their breakfast terrace was beautiful and a really nice place to begin your morning - lovely breakfast also!!! (Also - we had booked a double room in the annex (which is around the corner from the main hotel) but when we arrived they’d placed us in a room in the main hotel which was a very n.
