The Ard Ri hotel is a lovely, warm, comfortable hotel with an excellent,efficient and friendly staff. Our room - with our special requests fullyattended to - was spacious, with really comfortable bed,and a spotlessen-suite; food and service in restaurant and bar was first class. Wewould be very happy to recommed this hotel as a great place to stay,

If there is a more freindly and obliging hotel staff anywhere thenmanagement should bottle it.The breakfast chioce was only surpassed bythe excellence of the chef-s efforts.The bar meals were of the higheststandard and the service with its respectful freindliness made our staymost enjoyable.From arrival to departure everyone put themselves out tomake a non drinking grumpy old man and his charming wife have awonderful holiday.

We were all very impressed with this hotel. 30 mins from Galway city, near to Conemara and 1/2 the price of comparable hotels there. It was clean, staff were friendly and what can i say about breakfast, one of the best i've come across. It was so quiet, there were parties when we were there and didn't hear a thing.Looked at Tuam because of Saw Doctors conection never thinking we would find this gem. Try Reapies for traditional Irish Bar in Tuam.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is only 5 mins on the bus from the city centre, or you can walk along the seaside which is sceinic. I could not fault anything about our stay in the Galway Bay hotel, the staff were always willing to help and very friendly. The breakfast that was served was one of the best breakfasts I have had while staying in a hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I highly reccomend this hotel!

Galway Bay Hotel has an excellent location right by the beach on the bay. There is a walkway by the ocean that's beautiful for walking in the morning. The hotel itself is luxurious, the room was spotless and very comfortable. But the outstanding thing about this hotel is their staff. The girls who worked the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the entire staff made you feel that if you needed anything, you only had to ask. "No problem at all" I would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here made a day trip to Connemara.

what i liked about the hotel is the comfort of been away from the hussle & bustle of the city life , but yet only minutes walk from it all..the hotel can boast stunning views of galway bay & the promonade..during our family stay our 3 kids were made feel as if there were at home..the staff there were more than helpful to us..also the swimming pool has a special area for the kids with a pool thats 0.5mtr deep which is perfectly located on ground floor..now for the food end of things...the food is outstanding..a breakfast was cooked that would feed an army..the breakfast room is very spacious but yet private for couples to enjoy themselves..the bedrooms are very comfortable & spacious..all in all this is a top hotel with value for money thats without question..i stayed in room 413 which is a family room thats on ground level..the pool & gym room only 15mtrs from the door..best room in the house..the hotel staff are a credit to this hotel..to say this is a 4star hotel is been modest...mo
