Staff were v friendly and extremely obliging. We were well impressed with the food and its value for money. Hotel was very clean, the spa, pool and gym area were adequate. Ideal for couple, family or even friends. Minutes from the nearby village which had some quaint pubs and restaurants but also only a ten min drive to the buzzling city. Suitable for a relaxed break.Would def return.

The hotel was clean, pleasant, with modern-looking room. Very expensive the night we stayed there, though all hotels were the week of the galway races and it was the cheapest of the ones we could find. Breakfast was good. Location wise - a little bit of a trip from the city centre if you are looking for a night out in the city - taxi cost approx 20euro back from town. Seemed to be some lovely pubs and restaurants around oranmore on the same street as the hotel.

I booked this hotel because I was taking a visitor who likes casinos. When we arrived we were told the casino only opens Thurs Fri Sat it doesnot say this on your website. When we pointed this out to the lady atthe desk she told us we could stay elsewhere but would be charged acancellation fee. I have travelled a lot and I have never been greetedby such rudeness. The hotel was ok for the rate we paid but would expectnicer service especially since it is a Ramada. Car park unsafe.

The staff were very helpful. we had very early start on Sunday morning well before breakfast time and the night staff laid on an excellent continental breakfast for us. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean. It does not do individual evening meals, only tour groups, but staff booked us into the Keane's pub and restaurant about 50 metres from hotel and we had excellent evening meals there. We were travelling on motorcycles and there was secure free underground parking with plenty of space for us.

Staff very efficient and really friendly. The hotel is well situated inthe centre of Oranmore village which has nice pubs, large Centra shop, couple of betting shops and restaurants all within a hundred yards ofthe hotel. We did not try any of the outside restaurants as we enjoyed avery nice meal on the first of two evenings in the hotel's Basilicorestaurant so decided to dine there again on the second (and final)evening. The rooms are on the small side and basic enough but havingsaid that everything that you would require is available. Three SkySports channels on the tv was an added bonus. There is ten pin bowling(and I think a cinema) less than one km. From the hotel.

Staying at the Coach House Hotel hotel was really pleasant, rooms arenice and clean, the restaurant and food is good and staff is really nice(although they mysteriously appear and disappear from time to time fromthe reception) ;). It is far away from crowded Galway although just 10minutes from the town center (if there is no traffic jam). Would highlyrecommend it!

The location for access to county Clare and Galway. The couple owningthe b&b were very friendly, welcoming and informative about the localarea. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and there was a widechoice available at breakfast. The food was always hot and well cooked. There were plenty of places to eat and drink in, just a few minutes walkfrom the house. No problems with parking on site. Highly recommended!

Although I only booked and paid for a single room, I was given a verycomfortable ensuite double room as the b&b was not busy that night.Thebed was very comfortable and room cosily warm. The location is very quietwith ample free parking which meant I had a really good night's sleep.Asthe owners live on site, meant that as a solo traveller I felt verysecure. Breakfast was excellent as well, so I consider it good value formoney and would stay there again. Overall, if you just need clean, secure, warm overnight accommodation at an affordable price, this isideal. If you require luxury, probabaly not.
