I love the Irish welcome.From the moment we walked through the door wewere made feel very at home.Staff very helpful and friendly.Vichy on thedesk very good at her job and felt like we had made a friend.Roomslovely and very clean.Food in the hotel very good and I really enjoyedmy stay. We will be back....

A wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast has probably the best selection of food I have come across in a hotel all of which was amazing. The location is great, right in the centre of Macroom Town. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.

I only stayed overnight. I was down for a funeral in Macroom. I foundthe hotel staff most friendly and accommodating and the room was verycomfortable. I would like to return for a longer stay in the nearfuture. The price per night sharing was good value.
