We loved the atmosphere of the small hotel and the fact that althoughwithin walking distance of the town it seemed as if it was miles fromanywhere. The staff very very friendly and there was plenty of parking.Continental breakfast was very generous - unfortunately we were too latebooking in to take advantage of the renowned cuisine. But the lane fromthe hotel was well lit; so made exploring the town in the evening apossibility. Only 12 miles from Dublin it was ideal for catching theferry the next morning. Leixlip was very pretty and we walked for a couple of hours the following - mostly along the river. Although we never found the Manor House.

Room 4 was amazing, though en suite was a bit small. we got an excellent internet rate and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! The food was amazing and hotel was homely and comfortable. great service and would love to see the front of the hotel utilised as it is simply beautiful. Also hope the drive way and carpark are better surfaced. would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all staff!!

A stunning hotel, easily located just west of Dublin. We had a massive suite that was great value for money and the food in the lovely restaurant was gorgeous and the atmosphere fantastic. Every member of staff was lovely and went out of their way to welcome us. We'd definitely go back. Highly recommended.

We arrived after a long trip and only had one night in Dublin before moving on to Kilkenny. This hotel is ideal due to it's proximity to the Bus Srtation and Airport Bus. Our check-in was really efficient and we were upgraded to an executive room which was much appreciated. Staff were really helpful and our room was a nice place to spend time after spending some time in the city. The hotel is in a good location, comfortable, with good staff looking out to deliver quality service. We have stayed a few times now on our way through Dublin, and it beats other hotels in the similar price range that we had stayed at previously. We will stay again.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The hotel waslocated perfectly in relation to the train or bus station. Anywhere inthe centre of Dublin was within walking distance and taxis wereplentiful if required. The rooms and facilities were excellent, in factI have paid much more for less at other hotels. I have stayed herebefore and will stay there again. The residents bar is intimate enoughto merit a romantic break, rooms are more than adequate and food isgreat. Overall a fantasic hotel.
Richard  — 20.11.2011.
My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. I asked the hotel to put some flowers in the room which they did and also included a complimentary box of chocolates plus a room upgrade to a Georgian room - very generous I thought. The hotel is well located (couldn't be more convenient for the bus station), quiet, clean and the hotel staff polite. A nice hotel that we would be more than happy to return to - oh, and did I mention that it has a great bar!

This is the second time I have chosen to stay at Trinity Lodge. I returnin December to Dublin, as I do some work over in Trinity College. So thelocation is perfect. I also love to walk around the area during theholidays, and Trinity Lodge is safely located near Grafton Street, theAbbey Theatre and many lovely restaurants. The reception area is coveredby helpful, friendly, and polite workers, and I appreciate theirassistance and caring. I would definitely stay at Trinity Lodge wheneverI come to Ireland and choose to be in Dublin. I like to be "out andabout" and have a clean and comfortable room to return to. Thank you foreverything. Location close to Trinity College and the highlights of Dublin is excellent. Room was a good size and in good condition. Clean. George's, the hotel restaurant, was very good for breakfast; did not try it for other meals. Fairly quite given downtown location as on a side-street. One of very few properties that worked well for three adults, with two double beds in a good-sized room.
Pamela  — 19.1.2012.
The location is perfect for sightseeing in and around central Dublin. It is in the heart of the shopping and heritage district and surrounded by great places to dine and interesting pubs.Public transit is very user friendly and economical. The hotel was comfortable and clean, although the shower was awkward and inefficient.

Geraldine  — 6.2.2012.
The beds in the private ensuite room were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny however and could do with updating. 2 of us stayed in a dorm for our last night and again the beds were comfortable and clean, the communal bathroom was fine. However, the noise levels of the other dorm occupants was unacceptable and they were screaming with the receptionist at 3am while other people were trying to sleep. There was no one around to shut them up.
Maria  — 18.1.2012.
Location- just in the heart of the city centre, staff- they were sofriendly and willing to help and answer any questions; also we had aproblem with the bathroom which they solved immediately. Finally, it wasa hostel which means low price but the rooms were like a basic hotel. Westayed two people in one room which made us feel that we were not in acrowded hoste;

I very much enjoyed my stay. The location was ideal as I wanted toattend a show at the Gaiety Theatre the night before my meeting. My roomwas on the top floor and I was dismayed there was no lift. I was,however, helped with my luggage. The building is period Georgian butwell maintained, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not includedbut when I discovered I could park outside the door gratis I gleefullyenjoyed my walk to nearby Bewleys Cafe in Grafton Street before walkingto my meeting in the Gresham hotel. I will be back! Jane f
