The staff were so professional, helpful and yet warm and friendly. Having arrived in Dublin at 9am from Australia the staff checked us into a room straight away despite check in not being until 2pm that afternoon, which were were so grateful for having just done a 30 hour flight! The hotel was really luxurious yet there was none of the stuffiness sometimes associated with 5 star hotels. It was the perfect base to explore Dublin and to shop- being on the door step of Grafton street, the capital's main shopping district meant it was easy to nip back to your room with bags or for a break, plus you are minutes away from all the major sights in the city such as St Stephen's Green,Trinity Collage and the book of Kells. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel- staying here was a real treat!

Luxurious, one of the best hotels in Dublin (judging by all the reactions we got from the locals when they asked where we were staying). Extremely clean and comfortable room. They use only the finest linens and appointments in the rooms. Very well sound-isolated. Cleaning staff was fantastic. They even made our room twice in one day when we came back for an afternoon nap. Also, since Dublin is not as expensive as some of the larger cities in Europe, the room rate was an awesome value.

This hotel is fantastic. The surroundings are opulent but notintimidating due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thehighlight for me was a champagne afternoon tea. I also have to mentionthe comfort of the bed and pillows. It was the softest and mostcomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Apart from that it is in thecentre of Dublin and who could ask for more than that!
