It is housed in a beautiful Georgian building right in the center of Dublin. The room was spotless, with some nice antique furniture. Our room was at the back of the building, next to Iveagh gardens, and so was quiet (except for the birds outside in the garden!). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money. If you want somewhere authentic in the middle of the city, at a very good price, and don't mind not having some of the facilities of a more modern hotel (pool, bar etc.), then this is a great place to stay. We will definitely be going back there for more city breaks.

The location couldn't be beat! We were right across from St. Stephen's Green and all the flowers were in bloom. Easy walk to all shopping and the Templeton Bar area as well as historical buildings in Dublin. The breakfast was hearty and well cooked and even though the hotel was totally booked, we never had to wait for a table. The servers did a great job of getting the food to the tables while it was still hot. Our room was on the third floor and overlooked the gardens in the back so it was quiet and comfortable.

A very comfortable and well located hotel, just far enough from the cbdto be away from the worst of Dublin's traffic congestion, just nearenough to everything (especially the National Concert Hall and StephensGreen) to be pretty walkable even at night Defintely a place for us tostay if we're ever again in Dublin. Nice gardens with statuary gave asense of the Stephens Green of and earlier period..
