On arrival the hotel had been subject to floods and the pool and gymwere closed. We were offered alternative accomodation for the night butalthough the hotel was more central it did not have the leisurefacilities we had booked the Maldron Hotel for so we decided to stay. The gym opened the next day but the pool not unitl the day before we were due to fly home. We still had time to use it though. The staff were excellent, especially when managing the water problem. The gym and pool staff were fanatastic and the bar staff very helpful when requesting a snack for our little girl. Our room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Slightly too far to walk for the ageing parents but ok for the younger age group.

Double room had a double and single bed, and was very spacious andcomfortable for my one night stay. My room faced the front of the hotel, but I did not notice any street noise.Staff were extremely helpful fromcheck-in staff, to restaurant staff, to check out.The hotel is perfectlylocated for Grand canal theatre (only steps away), the o2 and dublincity centre, all within walking distance. The q car park is literallyaround the corner from this hotel, and discount is given if your ticketis validated by the hotel. Also very near the Luas if you need to usethis transport. My second time staying in this hotel and I will nothesitate to come back again.

I travelled with my little boy and a friend to get away from hectic life. I felt I forgot about everything and we really enjoyed everythingabout our stay at your Hotel. I am not a lover of Dublin City but I haveto say where you are located is just lovely. We walked into the City -O'Connell Street, Henry Street and down Grafton Street. Enjoyed ourwalks out but so enjoyed heading back to the Hotel, it felt so welcomingand safe. Have recommended your Hotel to everyone we've been chatting tosince so I'd say you'll definitely get some more bookings. Will lookforward to another trip hopefully to your Hotel in the future.
