It was lovely to have friendly Irish staff - to be welcomed with a smileand a cup of tea was great. All the staff were friendly and chatty andreally efficient as well. The location was really good - convenient forthe city centre and the Luas (tram system) and still on a quiet road. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. I wouldstrongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a weekend city break inDublin and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were excellent. Anne in particular went above and beyond theusual, she could not have been more helpful. Also Romy (probably notspelt correctly) was also very helpful. While the hotel was welllocated, clean and comfortable, it was the staff who really made ourshort stay in the hotel memorable. Our time there was also our first fewdays in Ireland and certainly gave us a favourable first impression. Wealso extended our booking from the original one night.
