I booked this hotel for a long weekend city break (3 nights) knowing itslocation and and previous positive comments from work colleagues aboutJurys Inns elsewhere. I requested an upgrade to a superior room bytelephone at a cost of e20 per night but I was pleasantly surprised thaton arrival my room was upgraded without any additional cost. However, itwas definitely not a superior room. The room looked out on bedroomsopposite, the bed was extremely small for a double and uncomfortable (Iclung to the edge most of the weekend and my partner who is tall foundhis feet hanging over the edge most of the time!). After enjoying thesights of Dublin we wanted a comfortable bed in which to sleep!! Thecarpet wasn't very clean, the bathroom extremely small and the room wasgenerally poorly lit. As far as I can tell the only "extras" for asuperior room were tea/coffee making facilities, an iron andcomplimentary newspapers (although we only received it 1 morning out of3). We didn't eat at the hotel, pr

I thought the hotel was very good... We arrived early in the morning and weren't due to check-in until 2pm but the staff put our bags away in a very secure room which only staff could gain access to. We had booked for 5 days bed and breakfast but because we were leaving on the fifth day before breakfast time we explained this to the receptionist and she very kindly arranged for us to have breakfast on the morning we arrived without additional charge, which she didn't have to do . The hotel was very security conscious as to move about the hotel including the use of the lifts needed a room access card. The restaurant staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was an excellent location for site visits, restaurants, pubs etc.and even a Tesco across the road ... The main reason for choosing this hotel was its location which was ideal. Even the aircoach bus stop to the airport was just around the corner. It was very clean and tidy and no major complaints. The TV in the room had nume

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff who created a positive initial impression of the hotel. Good overall ambience in the hotel and very comfortable room - be sure to ask for a room to the rear looking out onto a courtyard. Convenient location for shopping and socialising in central Dublin. Evening meal in the restaurant exceeded expectations, as did the breakfast which was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel which was really good value. Overall my stay in the hotel was an enjoyable experience and I could not find fault. I will definitely use this hotel again on my next visit to Dublin.
