We arrived after a long trip and only had one night in Dublin before moving on to Kilkenny. This hotel is ideal due to it's proximity to the Bus Srtation and Airport Bus. Our check-in was really efficient and we were upgraded to an executive room which was much appreciated. Staff were really helpful and our room was a nice place to spend time after spending some time in the city. The hotel is in a good location, comfortable, with good staff looking out to deliver quality service. We have stayed a few times now on our way through Dublin, and it beats other hotels in the similar price range that we had stayed at previously. We will stay again.

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The hotel waslocated perfectly in relation to the train or bus station. Anywhere inthe centre of Dublin was within walking distance and taxis wereplentiful if required. The rooms and facilities were excellent, in factI have paid much more for less at other hotels. I have stayed herebefore and will stay there again. The residents bar is intimate enoughto merit a romantic break, rooms are more than adequate and food isgreat. Overall a fantasic hotel.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. I asked the hotel to put some flowers in the room which they did and also included a complimentary box of chocolates plus a room upgrade to a Georgian room - very generous I thought. The hotel is well located (couldn't be more convenient for the bus station), quiet, clean and the hotel staff polite. A nice hotel that we would be more than happy to return to - oh, and did I mention that it has a great bar!
