Location was fantastic. Hotel had nice friendly staff. My husband had toleave for an early flight and it was no bother for them to arrange ataxi at 5.45 in the morning to take him to the airport. The full IrishBreakfast was really good value at 10 euros each, which my daughter andI made the most of!. The hotel are more than happy to hold your luggageafter you have checked out, should you wish to go shopoping. Dury StreetUnderground carpark is just around the corner and it is only 5 euro tosay overnight up to 9.00 am and 2.80 euro each hour thereafter. Theservice at Dury Street carpark was fantastic and your car felt verysafe. Just mind Dury Street has two carparks but make sure you use theunderground one and tell them you are staying with the Central Hotel!!!

The Central Hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance ofall the city center attractions and is central to all bus andtransportation venues. The hotel has a vintage look and feel that canadd ambiance to your stay in Dublin. As a first time visitor, I wasespecially pleased to have received an email from the hotel detailingtips on how to navigate getting to the hotel from the airport andsuggestions on what one should expect in terms of transporation pricing.I also received excellent email correspondence from the hotel staff onspecific questions that I had on tours, attraction locations, and othertouristy interests. They also were helpful in storing our luggage as wegot into the city earlier than our check-in time.

The location was wonderful for Temple Bar area, the Suffolk St. Touristoffice and Grafton St. The bus drop from the airport was within threeblocks from the hotel and was an easy walk. The bar at the hotel wasunique and quaint. The restaurant attached to the hotel was veryexpensive with a limited menu. Other restaurants in the area offered abetter bargain. I would stay at this hotel again because the staff wasmost helpful and accommodating.
