Breakfast was buffet style, ample freshly cooked food and good selection of cereals. Rooms were bright and clean and very comfortable. Good sized bath. Ironing facilities and hairdryers in the room. Decent sized swimming pool. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Ballinasloe town. All in all excellent hotel with excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again

Had an absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel last Friday night. We got an excellent deal through booking.com (€49 for a double room for one night) and were instantly upgraded to a beautiful suite when we arrived. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. The hotel food was delicious. We were extremely impressed with the staff (they had catered specially for us as we were on a vegan diet and had gone beyond the call of duty with the food they had ordered in for us which was much appreciated, and the girl on reception was extremely helpful). Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel.

I am very unhappy about that hotel, there is no friendly staff in frontdesk,they think that we come to that hotel to stay like free ofcharge,they treat me like that way.In the same time they didn't cancellmy pre authorisation till to now ,I have given several number of calls,they told that they will do but till to today day didn't done that. Themanager have to reconsider of the staff in front desk because they showthey are busy but they don't have.In front of mine I saw the way thatthey tereat to old Iresh couple not listing to them and do their work,Ithink that couple wait more than 15 minits to get the information thatthey want.
