The hotel was extremely accomodating; from the staff who went out of their way to help us out, to the amazing design of the hotel itself. We were really pleased with it - it was a chic and luxury place to stay. The food was also really nice and the happy hour until 7pm also pretty good!! The location was also perfect - right in the centre of everything. We would definitely recommend.

I loved the decor and attention to detail. The staff were friendly andhelpful and the location was just right. Happy hour in the evening was anice way to start the evening with a good choice of cocktails. We atedinner in the hotel one evening and really enjoyed it. The bedroom was anice size and was modern yet comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. I reached hotel at 11:00pm and still these guys helped me book the trip I wanted for the nextmorning. Breakfast on a normal day was very good and lot of varietywas available. They also provided with breakfast for the earlymorning flight

We really enjoyed our stay at the 4th Floor - it was very conveniently located with easy access to all the downtown shopping, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Breakfast was very good, also. Staff was always pleasant and more than helpful.

We rented a studio apartment for three nights.The apartment is quitebig, has kitchen facilities and a toilet with shower, washing machineand dryer. The apartment is located near the centre, however, thelocation was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was fine.

A blond girl at the reception was very very kind, she has suggested manythings about the city, offered to us her handmade cakes. The hotel wasclean, ten minutes walking from the city center.

We were booked in the Boholt apartments, but were upgraded to theEinholt apartments which is also part of the Stay apartments group. Eventhough there is no receptionist, the service is excellent and maps/infoabout excursions is provided. We had a beautiful spacious apartment very close to the city centre (walking distance). It was very clean and we had a lovely view. I could really recommend staying at Boholt or Einholt.

Simple appartment hotel with studio appartments. Small kitchen facilitythat works ok. There are just enough equipment in the kitchen for afamily of four. The rooms are not big, but ok for a vacation when youspend most time on sightseeing tours in reykjavik and the area aroundreykjavik. With just one room it can get a bit thight if you are at theroom for a longer time.

I was expecting a small hotel room, but what I got was a well sized apartment, complete with kitchen and a sofa. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was great. Wireless internet was included, plus they have a TV in the community area. Best budget hotel in Reykjavik, it's worth the extra over the cheapest hotels.
