The person at the front desk Vasilis is very friendly. In the internetthe route to come to the hotel should be clearly written. For example,from airport come straight to Kifisi by metro and then take bus 508 or509 to the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding - helpful and friendly at everyturn. Also the food in the restaurant was superb. Our room was verycomfortable and had a great ocean view.

All staff extremely friendly and helpful; first stay and if somewhatexpensive in comparison with previous holidays on Spetses overseventeen years, enjoyed the nine days' stay. Breakfasts excellent inchoice and quality. Would have liked to see the hotel bus in operationmore often, especially on arrival and departure, but otherwise veryhappy with the accommodation and service of staff. Thank you all foryour attention to detail.

The staff was great... super friendly and accommodating. The location was great, right by the water and just a close walk to town. The rooms were clean and well kept. This was our favorite place we have stayed so far on our trip.

Pretty building, very helpful office manager, drove us back and forwardswhen we needed to collect something we had forgotten from the room, healso loaned his cell phone when we were having difficulty making a callto Athens. Communal lounge area. Within walking distance from the dapia(about 15 minutes)

Picked us up from the port and stayed in room 18 (far edge of the secondfloor). The room was small, but adequate and the bathroom very small butwe didn't mind coz we were out most of the time. The room was clean andquiet, had two balconies, lots of light. The breakfast was rich(eggs,ham,cheese,honey,jams, bread,butter,juices etc) although nothingextraordinary. It is a value for money hotel.Friendly staff.

The staff took the trouble to serve me an early breakfast each day. Thehotel was peaceful and quiet - a rare thing in Greece, with noisy motorbikes everywhere.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has an envied position overlooking the sea in a quiet area, but only 500 metres from the centre of town. Very relaxing and secluded, but with all amenties at your fingertips.

A top quality boutique hotel with just 8 rooms that's excellent valuefor money. I felt I was staying at one of the best hotels on the Islandbut not paying silly prices. It's an old house that's very elegant withlovely interior design. The room was very quiet, wonderful pillows &cotton sheets, with a beautiful garden and wooden loungers by the pool.The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were very attentive andfriendly. They pick you up and take you back to the harbour. Under 16years not allowed so the peace was bliss!

We had an excellent stay, super friendly staff, great location (right in the center of Spetses) very quite and relaxed atmosphere with beautiful surroundings full of flowers. Fabulous rooms with great sea view and the Duxiana beds they have are just perfect! Excellent breakfast...

Excellent stay. Fabulous breakfast buffet and the hotel staff veryhelpful and smiley with all guests. The rooms are excellent with topquality beds and the location is the best as you are right in the centerof Spetses but in a location with no noise whatsoever. Overall a superbhotel experience.

The hotel location is very good, near to port. The room was very big,nicely decorated, clean, confortable and refrigerator contained manydrinks for free. Breakfast was delicios, containing various food andcoffee. Very nice room sea view. Helpful staff. Nice pool. This hotel isalso suitable for family.

We were very satisfied with the accomodations. The two bedroom apartmentand courtyard were maintained in pristine condition. The staff washelpful, polite and professional. The kitchen in the suite was wellequipped. The generous variety of freshly prepared breakfast choiceswere excellent. The creative layout of the courtyard and porches offerseveral separate seating areas with some isolation from other guests.The location provides good access to shops and restaurants with theoption to retreat from the crowded parts of the island for sometranquility by the pool. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to a cafe on thebeach and an overlooking restaurant. A 10 minute walk in the oppositedirection leads to a grocery store. Additional shops and restaurants inthe old harbor are a 15 minute walk away.

Staff and owner were excellent,very polite and helpful. Room was spacious (studio with kitchen) and despite the fact that it was semi-underground, it was really cool. Hand-made breakfast with different choice every day was really delicious. Products were from the garden. Pool and garden were an attraction.

Vila Nika is located in a astrategic position 15 min walk from the village of Spetses, 10 min from the old port, and 2 min from Paradise beach. It is reccomendable to rent a bike and go to the great wild bays in the island. The staff is extremely nice and always available. Maria, the owner, takes care of the guests personally and is always present in case of need. The apartments are new, clean and well equipped. Great swimming pool and breakfast!So a very good location for few days of rest! Strongly reccomended. The only downside is the noise of the motorbikes during the night if you stay in the apartments close to the street.

It was the off season, so we enjoyed a large self-contained unit thatcould comfortably have accomodated a group of 6 ( we are a maturecouple). The pool and all usual facilities were available. The managerwas very helpful & speakes excellent English. Htl. Kosta is in easywalking distance from the wharf for arrival & departure & handy to thevillage restaurants & shops, but in a quiet residential area. Water isonly a minute away but nice swimming beaches further away. Free bottledwater & other drinks is a nice extra.

We (2 adults, 1 child at 12years of age) stayed at Kastro Studio & apartments for our holiday. Our choice of hotel made a great holiday in Spetses, the best one we've ever had:-) The hotel is also situated very close to the harbor (Dapia) and a short walk from the very nice Kaiki beach. The hotel has a beautiful and cozy outside space with a pool & bar. Good clean rooms. The breakfast is also fabolous, including Christianas (The Owner) home made greek cakes!! The hospitality of Christiana and her staff is extraordinary. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to the beautiful island of Spetses.

Just returned from a 4 day stay at the Kastro Studios and Apartments. This is our third trip to Spetses, but our first stay at Kastro. We traveled as two families with young children. We had a wonderful stay. We can't say enough good stuff about this vacation. Chrisitanna and Chrissa were very helpful with directions, suggestions and advice on what to do and where to go. If you have any questions, they are always there to help. The hotel is very clean, maintained and well kept. It is in a super location, close to the harbor, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast that is served is fresh and plentiful. They offer everything from eggs, breads, cereals and yogurts to rice pudding, fresh fruits and sweets. Everything is homemade and delicious. We stayed in a two story maisonette, which is like having your own condo. It came with a kitchenette, dining area, and all three kids had their own beds on the open loft above the main floor. The hotel has a collection of paperback books that you can borrow andtake to the beach - that was nice! The overall ambiance is good -breakfast does not stop at 10.30 sharp and you can take a plate at yourroom if you don't want to eat it on the spot. The staff is very helpful,smiley and nice. They offer transportation to and from the port.Thehotel has a nice pool - very quiet and relaxing.

right from being picked up from the port and taken to the villa i was made to feel welcome the hotel was extremely clean and obviously well looked after the owners take great pride in looking after their guests and making sure that they feel more than at home nothing was to much trouble for them to make sure my stay was more than enjoyable breakfast was excellent eaten either inside or on a lovely spacious patio/poolside area outside next to a well tended garden the bed was very comfortable air conditioning was very efficient fridge most useful swimming pool was great and and again well looked after this is a family run hotel and you feel as though are part of it next time i go to spetses i will definitely be choosing villa margarita a most enjoyable experience
