Great Port view...24 Hr cafe snack bar in lobby..the food along the portis amazing, especially fresh seafood.Hotel is not new but well-kept.Theolder lady in reception is very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Very nice room with balcony. Excellent and friendlystaff! Great breakfast. Hotel is in the middle of everything. I woulddefinitely stay again.

The best part about our stay at the Krystal Hotel was our visit to thebeach ressort of Vai. Although obviously quite commercialised it was alovely place to spend the day. The Palm trees that line the road and thebeach are spectacular to say the least!

Very close to everything! 5 min walk from bus stop, 1 min walk torestaurants and shops. Very helpful staff and speaks english well.Actual hotel looks very dated and somewhat dilapidated, but rooms aregreat! They are nice and airy and more country seaside decor. Veryhospitable staff w welcoming raki for your room!

Very friendly staff, the owners treat you as if you were their mostloved relatives without over stressing it. Clean as maternity ward!Fantastic view from roof garden. 20M from sandy beach with a sea watercristal clean. Fresh bread baked by the hotel lady. So close to theairport that one can actualy take walk down to the city and thehotel....! Lots of unspoiled places to visit in a region with qualityturism. Definitly a hotel to stay every year!

Sitia Bay is impeccable. This hotel offers well furnished rooms inexcellent condition with with a view to the sea and access to a blue-flag beach within a few steps. The hotel has its own swimming pool wherethey have no chlorine. It is very pleasant to swim in both the cleanpool and the clean sea. The owner pays attention to every detail: theflowers beds, they light candles in the hallway in the evening. All therooms have similar orientation and excellent view of the sea. We choosethis hotel based on booking.com recommendation and its high rating iswell deserved.

The hotel is very conveniently positioned for the beach, restaurants,shops and roads out of town. The personal service of the family who runthe hotel and individual treatment we received was exceptional and wewould highly recommend this hotel to anyone else.The rooms were veryclean and the facilities were perfect: balcony, storage space, surfacesto put stuff on, the kitchen and its functionality, thebathroom.....everything had been thought of, even candles and matchesfor the balcony to extra towels for the pool and an umbrella for thebeach. We even received a little wrapped cake each day from themanager's mother - a lovely personal touch. The pool was awesome - cleanand wonderfully secluded and sheltered from the wind, although the beachbeing 20m from the front door of the hotel, made it unnecessary most ofthe time! Parking is free and easy, right outside the hotel. Cannotfault the hotel - we would definitely go back. Thank you Eric at theSitia Bay.

Thevilla for 4 was located in a beautiful surrounding, the rooms were largeand cosy and extremely clean, the kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped.The swimming pool was nice and we could have breakfast or dinner on theprivate terraces.

Stayed 2 nights. The owners of the hotel were really nice. Breakfast was included, simple but more than a normal person can eat.Very clean, fresh towels and linens everyday.Small and quiet hotel with parking. Hotel is located near Vai Palm Beach 20 min by car and about 1km away from center of Sitia, where there are lots of restaurants and tavern with good food and reasonable prices. I would most definitely return.

i really had a lovely stay at this hotel it was relaxing and was quiet which is what i wanted. I went to visit friends who my daughter was staying with and this hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and could not do enough for me and made sure i was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to sitia crete, not only for location but service and friendliness and breakfast was perfect. I had a tv in my room with air conditioning and a sea view. Excellent. I would definitely come back.

I loved the location of this hotel it was perfect as I had the beach andsea directly opposite my room, I had a lovely balcony whereby I couldstay and read with a drink or just relax. I also had on hand a familymamber who is a taxidriver, nothing was too much trouble for the lovelypeople who ran the hotel, it was also quiet with no noise to disturbme,the shops and sitia town was within walking distance and car hire waseasy should you require it to go out and about, the breakfast was verygood and the owners was very friendly too and clean..

I stayed at Mirabella apartments with 5 girlfriends for 3 nights, we enjoined it very much. the pool in the yard was great and the beach was very close. the service was very helpful, we got some great recommendation of restaurants in the city near by. the bus station was right outside the hotel and it was very comfortable.
