The hotel is surprisingly comfortable with a nice, calm atmosphere. Excellent value for money!. The only thing I liked about the hotel was its location near the sea.

Nice staff, wonderfull garden, all rooms with sea view, very close to the beach, very quiet, free wireless, good value of money. Gerakini is not a very interesting place to stay, the only thing the it’s worth to go is Villa Kaliopi.

Everything is perfect Location s just at the seaside so You can enjoy sunbathing in beautiful garden with 300 years old olive trees and walk down stairs to private beach with free sun umbrellas and beds. Reception desk is open 24 h open Rooms are comfortable with AC,TV. I would like to stress free internet in the whole hotel and yard and private parking We love this place and come back every year since 2006 when we discovered it through booking. com to spend marvelous holiday.

Quiet, relaxing and very safe place to spend your holiday with family, notably with small kids. Clean beach (sand) and water, not crowded even in high season, sufficient sunbeds (free) available, due to the fact that the hotel is tiny (which is a big advantage for some categories of travellers). Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. Supermarket and a few tavernas (fish restaurants) are available in the close proximity, where you could enjoy Greek cuisine. Fabulous sunsets make you feel romantic (even if you are not a new couple but spending your holiday with kids as a matured family). I must admit I have fallen in love with this location and would definitely come here again.

The hotel has the best view Porto Koufo has to offer. The beach in front is clean and safe (without sea urchins). Wear anyway the special shoes to avoid problems. The tavern just behind the hotel- Boukadoura is the place where greeks love to eat. We followed them and discover this local secret. Try their feta cheese stuffed grilled kalamari! Rooms are very clean, staff is polite. You will find a large variety of fish freediving in the shallow water. The beach has enough sunbeds for every client. I'm not surprised to find out that the majority of the clients that I met there were at their 3rd, 4th time to stay at this hotel. I'm sure coming there in the future. Anna Petridou is the manager and solved our problems fast and smiling.

The best thing about this hotel is location right on the sandy beach, great view of the bay. Excellent services for a 3 stars hotel, everyday changing towels & room cleaning and every two days changing sheets. We could upgrade our triple and chose an apartment instead. Great choice for a good price. We had much better services and conditions than in a 4* hotel from Greece thanks to the manager, lady Anna, we believe. During our 10 days stay we could see that she really cares about the guests comfort as they cleaned the yard, the beach, we even saw them washing the armchairs from the garden. Recommended for familes with young children, not so much for teenagers as the hotel neighbourhood is truly quiet, no nightlife around. We also very much recommend the taverna across the street with simple but fresh and tasty food, plus very kind and nice services of Elefteri the waiter. If you are looking for relaxation, time to read and enjoy the view away from the crowd its the perfect place. We

The location is great (5 min to the nearest Vourvourou beach, 3 min to the supermerket). The garden is nice, you can make a barbecue if you want and the owner will help you if you are not an expert. If you like to explore other beaches, you need a car. Anyway, the most crowded is Karidi (4 km), the wildest is Kriaritsi (40 km), the most beautiful is Kavourotrypes (with isoleted areas where you can take off the swiming suit:) We had a great holiday. Very nice village. Good location of hotel. Friendly personnel. Quite place. The bad clothers are changed each three days. Strict requirement of car. The nearest equipted beach is Talgo beach. Others are not provide any facility like toilets, showers, cabins. Meals in the restaurants exept maybe in Gaucho is limited to 3-4 true Greek dishes. There is a big supermarket in the middle of the Vourvourou where you can buy meal, home staff. No credit cards accepted. The nearest ATMs - in Nikiti and in Ag. Nikolas Health Center.

We had chosen this hotel basing on the recommendations but it occurred even better than we expected it to. Apartments are equipped with all the things needed. There are yards at the both sides of the house. During our staying the second grill with the table under the roof was put into service. Fresh fish, octopuses and other sea food is sold in the neighbor village wich could be reached only by car. It is very quite and cosy. People seeking for the blow out and noisy night life should better look for the different place. The hotelkeepers are very kind and conversable people, eager to do as much as they can for their guests. We were impressed by their heartiness and the absence of profit motives. Currently they create a kind of art-recreation site (no idea how to define it more precisely) beside the hotel. Our children (14, 11 and 11 months) feel themselves very comfortable there. The staff was very nice, helpful and the hotel was really close to the beach. The food was good, although it was not buffet and you had only one side dish, one kind of meat or fish and some soup and two kinds of salads for lunch. Breakfast also not diversified. Sakami, cheese, yogurt, corn flakes and milks, butter and jam, tea/coffee every day. We used the barbeque in the garden and we had a really nice balcony If you want to spend your holiday in a peaceful place, close to beautiful beaches and you are not picky about food, this is the place for you. The refrigerator (real one, not minibar) and AC are a plus. The hotel is clean. The owners were really nice and friendly. They helped us have dinner instead of lunch 2 times when we were out during the day. They also allow you to bring your own water/beer to lunch.

The hotel is new, very clean an mr. George does his best to improve hisbussines. The rooms are very big, very luxurious, with sea wiew andterrace and the bathrooms are also big and clean. The 3 pools are ok,especially the one for the kids. The position of the hotel is next tothe beach in a very quiet area. In my oppinion is one of the luxuriouslyresort in Sithonia.

The hotel is located in quiet place right against of beach which offers seats and umbrella free of charge to hotel's guests. Very clean, everything is new and comfortable. Very nice and kind staff who is ready to help you all the time. Sweden table for breakfasrt and menu for the dinner. It's needed to have a car because there is no transporation near the hotel. The nearest village is 8 km from the hotel. This hotel is suatable for familes with children of different ages who is looking for quiet rest.

All recommendations for this unique resort in this part of Greece!Spacious apartments with modern furniture and comfort and big beds. Ourbathroom was really big, with lot of towels changed every day and veryclean. Food was excellent. Mediterranean and Italian food mainly. ChefGeorge prepared delicious food and every evening we had new surprise. Weliked their idea to check what every guest thinks about the meals asthey want to serve best food.In the hotel there are 3 swimming pools,for adults and kids. Beside 5 stars feeling, amazing rooms and fantasticfood, second thing that made our vacation great was location. Krotiri isin very quite zone, no cafes, disco clubs and bars close to the hotel.Beach is very nice, with a lovely beach bar. In the evening you can takea few km walk and see very nice villas and houses. Close to the hotel isvery big sandy beach, very peaceful and clean.
