The hotel is extremely well located, in one minute we were in the center of agios ioannis and on the beach. Staff was very friendly. It is good that the hotel has its own parking as it very difficult to park in the area. We had a great time in the hotel and agios ioannis!.

Everything was perfect in this familiar boutique hotel. Violet is there to welcome you with a warm smile on her face and unlike any other hotel owner I’ve ever met in my many travels she will drop whatever she is doing to either herself be of service or instruct her people to do so! Violet has great respect for her customers. The availability and kindness of the Leventis family and the staff was really in high standard luxury hotels. The place where the hotel is, so quiet and so spacious with wonderful views.

Friendly, helpful owner and staff, beautiful location, attractive design, great views, good breakfast with local produce, nice large pool, close to the beach and mountains, excellent value for money. Very short walk to the village square with excellent local restaurants.

The hotel was very clean, traditional yet with modern facilities. Thestaff was very polite and helpful and the owner so friendly that made usfeel more like her own guests rather than customers. Great location in apeaceful village among plane trees with sea view and quite close to thebeach aswell.I Would definitely recommend it.

The (very) little village of Kalamaki is situated is wonderfully locatedclose to the Egean sea, and the panoramic view from the terrace wherethe breakfast can be taken is breathtaking (same for the room balcony).We were one of the first visitors in the early season in May, and werewelcomed by a very nice lady who did all possible efforts to make usfeel comfortable. The quality of the breakfast is ok with quite somelocal specialties and the superior studio was spacious and wellequipped. Rather take the time to eat out on the cosy piazza of thevillage (2 restos), as it's very hard to find a shop where you can buyfood. Hotel Petradi a perfect place if you are looking for rest,authentic greek atmosphere, impressive nature (creeks, mountains) and awarm welcome. Rather learn some basic greek vocabulary as otherlanguages are not spoken, but body language can do also well ;)
