Fabulous people. We met Mr and Mrs Boss on several occasions, mixing with customers and friends. Both of them only interested in our ease. And the staff, including what we thought was the taciturn one, couldn’t offer enough good advice to improve our holiday.

The location of the hotel is really convenient. The parking space is absolutely necessary at that part of the town. The room was also pretty comfortable.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of Ioannina town. If youare travelling by car and want to explore the nearby villages locationis perfect. We paid 65 Euros incl. Bkfst and at this price hotel wasgood value for money.

The swimming pool design is perfict. The staff are always smiling whichadded value to my trip and comfort Clean and nice design My room wasperfictly isolated. Although it faces the main road but when the door isclosed we heared nothing. its location outside Ioannina means that it has easy access to all the area in Zagoria, Perama, even the lake side of Ioannina.

A very nice hotel at a perfect price for a 5* hotel !!! The location isvery good, close to the city of Ioannina (approx. 7 km) and it can bereached easily. I will highly recommended to those who need a luxuryplace to stay at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was okay, nothing special and not especially good value for money compared other cities - however for Ioaninna it was reasonable.

Good location near center and lake. Hotel was almost empty. Daytime receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was passable.

This hotel has been a wonderful surprise to us. We got there tired andsleepless and got pampered and fed and welcomed. The place is very verysweet and romantic, with magnificent view, located on the top of thevillage. Our room was quite spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We gotwonderful breakfast and the owners were happy to prepare lunch-to-go forus as well. They were also very helpful with all the directions weneeded to move around the area. I believe this hotel made all thedifference to our vacation. I would recommend highly the bigger,separate, two storey cottages if you can afford, they really make up forthe price. Will definately return to this cosy hotel.

Primoula is the most romantic hotel I've ever been. The decoration is very stylish and comfortable and the fire placeses are making such a cosy atmosphere. Stella and the rest of the staff ware so helpfull and made us fill like home. The memory of the smell of freshly baked pie for breakfast is still coming back. This is a place whare I would definitely return and will bring my friends too.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town, parking at a new secureunderground car park almost opposite is included.The street is bustlingin the evenings with local people of all generations, you can walk downto the lake side enjoying this atmosphere and feel quite safe.It`s afamily owned and run hotel, there was no problem with speakingenglish.It has a beautiful cafe/patisserie where breakfast is taken,there are a huge selection of cakes, chocolates and ice creams .Sittingin this Cafe in the evenings gives you a real taste of Greek life, butit is a town centre hotel and if you want a touristy hotel,surrounded byother tourists and scenic views this hotel may not be for you!

Hotel has a good position in centre of Ionnina, a short comfortable walkfrom lake and old town, in centre of shopping area and an easy drive toout of town stores like Ikea and Practika. Comfortable bed and for thefirst time in over 40 years of hotel use - comfortable and big enoughpillows without having to ask! Friendly staff but little english spoken- why should they? Good breakfast.

Although the external of the hotel is rather dissapointing (even thereception is rather dissapointing), the rooms are renovated andrefurbished. I think it still needs some renovation mostly in thecorridors and the elevator which are still old but overall theimpression is good value for money.
