The hotel is well positioned being adjacent to a nice bathing beach and close to cafes/bars, restaurants and shops. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and my room had a sea view.

Excellent location, most rooms overlook the sea, the rooms are small but comfortable. Helpful staff. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the center of Agios Nikolaos, a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach. In close proximity are the cafes and restaurants.

The location was perfect - right next to alovely beach, local cafes anda short walk to the shops, harbour and lake. The staff were friendly andhelpful. There was a nice seating area outside the hotel next to thebeach which was ideal for morning breakfast, coffee and cigarette.

The hotel staff was very very friendly!I liked very much the location (only 5 minutes took us to arrive to Kitroplatia beach). The room was cleaned every day! Execellen price for excellen facilinies.

I enjoyed the staff, they have been really nice and lovely with us. The apartment was fully equiped, the sea is just 3 min. We thank hotel Creta’s Staff for every attention received also concerning parking. We could park.

The owner was a real gentleman he greeted us on arrival and made fresh oj for us. It is a family run hotel and they are very accommodating the owner brought us to the bus at 7 in the morning. The view from our room was amazing!.

The greek hospitality, the greek atmosphere, and the lovely people at the hotel - og the very good service from all. After 20 years of holidays in Greece is this hotel one of the best we have stayed at. We wish of cource to come back to Pergola!!.

For the price nothing can match the Pergola. I’ve stayed in 10 other hotels in Agios, all more expensive, and none as good as the Pergola. All roms have airconditioning, for no extra cost as well. No res.

We loved all aspects of the hotel! Very friendly staff, speaking many languages and don’t mind spending some time answering all of our questions. Great food buffet (large, very large), with changing meals every day. Large free parking for our rental car. Great value for money (but we also only paid a last minute fee of 65 Euro per day).

Feeling welcome and taken care of, living in a lovely greek villageneighbourhood. Quiet place next to the center of the village and thesea. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We and our kids nearly felt ourself at home.

Poppi the owner made us feel most welcome and was very helpfull. The apartment was very clean and fresh with plenty of room for the family to be comfortable. The linen and towels were changed every couple of days. The location of the apartment to the town couldn’t be beter as it is only about 80 meters from the first shop and then ther are plenty of shop’s and restaurants.

The owner, Poppy, was very welcoming and provided lot of useful localinformation. The apartment we rentedwas very clean, well furnished and had sufficient kitchen equipment forbreakfasts or simple meals, I. This is often not the case in private Greek apartments or studios. In fact Elounda beach was less.

We couldn’t say enough about the Mantraki: great accomadation, location, views of the marina, spacious rooms, clean and best of all a real authentic Cretan experience. The latter was due in no small part to the warm welcome and hospitality afforded by the host family, friends and staff of the hotel. It was professional and courteous at all times and any requests we had were granted and done so in a warm and friendly manner. We would fully recommend this accomadation to anyone seeking a positive, friendly and relaxed Cretan holiday.

Great hotel place, in the town center, close to beach and all great restaurants. We realy love the place and if we will go back to Crete the Mantraki is definitely on the list of places for our accomodation. and safe wasted time and cash at the restaurants. Honestly speaking, great pleace to stay.

Location of Villa Italiana was really good: not in the city so very quiet. It was not directly on the road (access with a small road) so we could not hear any traffic noise at all. Even better: it was only 5 minutes by foot from a sand beach! Good value for money, I would recommend it.
