Very friendly and helpful staff who wanted to ensure that they were helpful where possible without being intrusive. Central location less than 10 minute walk to Munich Central station with option of getting bus or tram to station outside the hotel if 10 minutes walk is too much for you. Breakfast buffet was also excellent with a very wide selection of food and no mater what time you arrived for breadfast i.e. early or late there was always an abundance of food.

Easy to find, 10 to 15 minutes easy walk from the train station( exit the station by platform 11) .the staff were pleasant and helpful, recommended a good local restauant about 500 m up the road, great large meal good price full of locals,Hotel breakfast very nice,meats cheeses typical german brekie, staff lovely, room was clean, good shower, basic but for the price as good as it gets. We walked everywhere 20 minutes to city centre with no problems, although the trams are just outside the hotel door.Hotel sent tea to our room at only small extra charge.If you want the Marriot dont go, if you want a great , authentic, Munich hotel that the locals use and gives a pleasant experiance with great value then the Hotel jedderman ticks the boxes!

The thing that made an impression was the hotel staff that has very helpful, polite, friendly and always willing to give you the right information and the best tips to enjoy the city even more (they even gave us a Christmas present!). It was a last minute booking so we stayed at a double room with shared bathroom but it was like the bathroom was only for us, always clean (cleaner than ours at home as my wife said) and never in our four nights stay occupied by someone else. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the town center and 5 minutes walk from the train station. If you use the underground or tram (you get used to it in 2 days most), it feels like opening the door of the hotel and be anywhere in Munich. An excellent value for money choice (9/10).

The hotel manager Anna Maria was extremely helpful and very pleasant with all enquiries, particularly regarding transport in the area and also helping us plan our trips further afield. She even arranged for an earlier breakfast to be arranged the day of our departure since we were leaving the hotel earlier. A very friendly host who made us feel really welcome!

The hotel is very nice and cosy and has an excellent location,concerning city center and airport, both easily available by s- Bahn.A few minutes walk up to the train station and then a ten minutes tripto the city center or about thirty minutes to the airport. The staffwere very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent both mealsand service.

This hotel was the last stop of our two week stay in Europe. We were leaving for the Munchen airport in the morning. The location to the airport was great, not very far away. The best things about the hotel were by far, the most comfortable beds and bedding, that we have slept on. Also, the hotel had the best breakfast that any hotel had offered. The selection was vast and covered any need that any hotel guest could have had. It was dellicious, and the staff was quick to take away our plates when we were revisiting the breakfast bar.

Comfortable, excellent service! There was very little to complain about;the hotel is modern and well maintained. Our room was not massive butsufficient and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a very decent buffetwith everything you would expect and the price was reasonable for thestandard of hotel. They do have a dvd player in every room but their dvdlibrary is not great so if you do plan evenings in the room it might ban idea to bring along some of your fav'S. Also, they do have free wifithroughout the hotel (this isnt clear from their webiste). The main plusis that staff are excellent, always on hand and helpful!

Good position close to main station and Lufthansa airport bus/tourist bus pickup, but away enough from main street noise etc - so, very quiet indeed. Lovely beds and fabulous soft duvets and pillows. Spacious bathroom, well equipped. Couch and big tv - roomy and homey, if not "flash." Outstanding Bavarian breakfast variety and choice. Excellent service from kitchen. Girls on desk were fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Very pleasant hotel to wind down in after or during a busy trip or stay. Price ok but Munich prices are all a bit hefty. Go for the booking.com "special offers" deal like I did and it's good value. The breakfast room at 9am was almost full, a sign of a popular hotel.

This hotel was a delight for our visit to Munich for theChristkindlesmarkt. The location was great for a easy walk to theMirabellplatz and the train station for our early morning flight.Breakfast was wonderful with great variety. On our last day, we had toleave for the airport before the 0630 start of breakfast. We mentionedthis to the staff at the reception desk and they were very accommodatingand we were able to have breakfast earlier and leave on time for ourflight. The room and bath were spotless, quiet, and comfortable whichresulted in a good night rest. The staff was friendly and helpful withall inquires. The decor colors are a bit unusual, but they do it well.We would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Booked the 3 day Munich Experience at this hotel which included Welcome Drink & 3 day Inner Zone MVV (Rail & Bus) Pass. Staff were very friendly & helpful, room was very comfortable although the decor is a bit zingy! Additional inner door helped keep out any corridor noise although there was very little evidence of this as it was always peaceful & quiet. Bathroom was good with soap & shower gels. Although the shower over the bath is a little cramped for anyone above medium size, it has a good spray so there was no problem keeping clean after all the walking and excesses of the day. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of goodies available. Would heartily recommend this hotel esp. as it is just 3 minutes walk from the south side of the Main Station and just a 15 minute gentle stroll to the MarianPlatz.

Staff is really great! they all speak english and are very kind and helpfull. Rooms was clean and peacefull. Eventhought reception is closed from 11pm to 6 am You get your own key for hotel entrance, that is very convinient.

The hotel is very tidy and the rooms are comfortable, if a bit small. It is located in Allach, a short S-Bahn ride from Munich's city centre. It's still a Zone 1 location. Driving there takes a bit more time though. This is clearly a family-operated business and the staff were very friendly. Overall I recommend them even though the price I paid (130 euro) was way too high for what's on offer, but it was during Oktoberfest so it was by far the cheapest hotel I could find.
