We stayed in the ground floor apartment as the original room we wereallocated was not what we had booked. I was happy with the way thegentleman on the desk resolved the problem, and although we were a bitdisappointed not to have a balcony and be able to watch the boats, wedid find the apartment very comfortable. The same gentleman (who spokeEnglish) was incredibly helpful when we came to order a meal in therestaurant and he even went to the trouble to look up some words for usso that we knew exactly what we were eating.
