I liked the overall old style of the hotel and the excellentlyrefurbished rooms with good comfort. The location in the center ofWiesbaden is perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is one of the best you get. The service there is excellent and a good variety of food. What I didn't like was the crowded breakfast restaurant during the weekend maybe due to the fully booked hotel. However on Monday the restaurant moved toa smaller room giving the smaller group of guests the same crowded feeling.
Stefania  — 9.11.2011.
The hotel is located in a historical building. Inside beautiful decorations with gilded stucco's, marbles and mirrors at the walls. Our room was large and nicely furnished, with a balcony. Bathroom was very spacious, also with balcony. Spa was easy to access from the hotel room with dedicated stairs and lift, so that we could walk to there in our bathrobe.

The hotel is amazing. The largest rooms of all the hotels I have stayed at in Europe. Great Spa experience included as a guest. The hotel is also close to all of the pedestrian area and shopping. A taxi to and from the train station is only about 8 Euros, well worth it. The staff was very helpful and professional.

The staff is wonderful: the owners Mr & Mrs Lovell, Cynthia and also Lucy. They were most accomodating and helpful. Upon my early morning arrival from a 12 hour flight, I was kindly and unexpectedly given an early check-in at 9:00am. Breakfast is superb and great value. The location is convenient and within walking distance to the spa and Old Town. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Janice  — 6.11.2011.
The hotel itself is very historic on a quiet street. Rooms are updated and small. Windows open! The bathroom was large. Very very comfortable. The breakfast was to die for ($5 E each)! The location was great - near park and night life. About 1/2 hour walk from train station. I'd describe the hotel as comfortable and efficient but not luxurious (except breakfast).
Susan  — 22.11.2011.
The hotel is in a lovely, historic building on a quiet residential street. My room at the back was very quiet. The breakfast was outstanding and a very good value. The hotel dog -- Lucy -- is a sweetheart.

The hotel Admiral is centrally located in Wiesbaden, a few walking minutes away from the Hessian State Theatre and the Federal State Parliament. Activities / Services: Internet Services, Elevator, Newspapers, Pets Allowed, Parking, Wi-Fi/Wireless LAN ... Wiesbaden is one of the oldest cities along the Rhein and has, due to its location as the gate to the middle part of Germany, been a crossing point of trade roads. Although some hotels and bath houses were bombed during World War II, most buildings in Wiesbaden remained untouched. Because so few buildings were destroyed, the ornate architecture found in Wiesbaden is seldom seen in other German cities, making Wiesbaden one of the most beautiful cities in Germany.
