Landgasthof Am Sonnenhang is a family-owned guest house. Some or all ofthe rooms have recently been re-done; so I had the impression that thehouse was new; but it is not. The house is situated in a beautifullocation on the edge of a small village in the midst of rolling hillsand farmlands. A gravel road behind the house makes for a nice walk. Janand Maria, the son and daughter-in-law of the owners, have spent a yearin Ireland and Australia and, consequently, speak English absolutelyfluently and seem to enjoy the opportunity to practice it. Therestaurant was inexpensive and delicious. I had the best lachsforelle, schweinschnitzel and kartofelsalat I've ever had. Best of all, Jan,Maria, and their parents were exceptionally warm and welcoming. I leftfeeling like they were old friends. I would definitely go back.
