The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is an excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the train station and walking distance to all the attractions in the city. Hotel room is clean but doesnt have airconditioner.

Service from the staff was great and helpful. We couldn't take in allthe amenities due to a busy travel schedule but would definitelyconsider returning to this hotel in future trips. Breakfast was wellworth the price.

The Hotel am Congress is a charming and nicely furnished little hotel.It is, however, on a busy street and traffic noise can be a problem forrooms on the street side when the windows are open - the hotel does nothave air conditioning. With the windows closed - no problem. Breakfastis extra but at a fairly low cost. The hotel is about a 10 minute walkfrom the train station along a fairly busy street.

- Great location, the river Main and all interesting places only a few minutes walk. - Easy to find when you follow the traffic signs "Conference Centre" when entering the city. Parking is next to the hotel and it is an easy location to leave the city after your stay. - Room was nice furnished; better then in other hotels of the same category. Moreover, we got a quiet room; we could sleep with the window open. - Nice and clean bathroom. - We would stay here again when we visit Würzburg

Very convenient - they mean it when they say 'gegenuber hauptbahnhof ' - opposite the station. Excellent service - everybody speaks English, and all the staff are extremely helpful. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is excellent.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Having free internet was great and it was fast and efficient. Perfectly situated near the station and with easy walking access to the city, along with the maps and information form the staff made this a great place to stay. The three bed room was spacious and clean.

Was easy to get around the city ans see the sight from the hotel but we did request parking at the hotel, it was close was the car was on a lift so to get to it at our connvience was not easy. They were very accomodating letting us check in early at no extra cost. Hotel was very clean, staff very nice, breakfast good. Was a littled disapointed when we went to pay that their credit card machine was down and had to find an ATM at the last min. Owners are close to retirement age and the hotel is more of a bed and breakfast at this point.
