Being conveninently located only 10 mins walk from Saarbrucken citycentre. We much appreciated the secure offsite 14 space car parking atonly 7 euros per day. We considered well worth it. They are plenty cheapbreakfast and dinner alternatives if you find the onsite ones a bit onthe expensive side.

Friendly staff, very helpful with regard to language etc, near to the shopping and restaurant areas. Saarbrucken is not really a tourist city/town itself but is in an excellent position to tour the Saar region. I would recommend a visit if only for the excellent shopping facilities.

My wife & I have been visiting this hotel for the past seven years,sometimes on our own & in May each year as part of the Smart club on itsannual visit to the factory in Hambach It is easy to catch a bus intothe main town which has excellent shops & places to dine.

We only had a short time at the hotel, arriving late and leaving early. However, the rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel is not in the centre of town but I would definately stay there again.

All in all a good hotel, worth the price. It is situated about 1km from the railway station of Saarbrücken and the main shopping street, in a nice and peaceful area.

we have stayed there before on more than one occasion, the closeness to the shops and our friends is excellent. This was the first time that we felt the cleanliness of the room was not up to your normal standard, one day the beds were made, but the bathroom was not cleaned properly, nor the trash emptied. But we would return again sometime in the future, your front desk staff, as always, were very helptful and polite. Lesley El Gammal

Located just off a6, and really easy to walk out and then go to shops,pubs/clubs and restaurants. I was here on Business , so was great to get out after work and walk around main shopping street (similar to Sauchiehall Street Glasgow, but without the neds). Building a Primark, and all typical western european clothes shops.

I asked for a quiet room and that's what I got. Following the guest reviews on booking.com I booked a room garden side of the hotel. These rooms are a bit more expensive but it's worth the extra expense. The rooms on the front face a busy street and a railway line.

The hotel is in a an excellent location situated just off the motorway,but right beside the park. Just be aware of the festival which takesplace over the weekend of 14/16th August. You don't get the quiet roomwhich you may have paid extra for!!

This is my second stay at this Hotel; I had planned on staying for twodays, but my work demanded my attention so I had to leave after only oneday. There is something very "Quiet" I Love about this Hotel; It isinteresting, because you would think it noisy, and crazy busy being thatits located right at the center of the shopping market...but it is likea beauty that is frequently overlooked, and you love it for this reason.You are there at the Heart of the city, and the Heartbeat beats quietlyfrom within the Hotel Stadt. Above all the staff is extremelyProfessional, and I was very thankful once again for the calm at thecenter of a storming city with so much Life.

this hotel is in the middle of the main shopping street of the town, there is nothing more central than it. Ther staff is friendly, the rooms are ok, and the only think that may disturb you is that the entrance is undergoing renovation works, and therefore it looks much uglier than the rest of the hotel (which is at 3rd and 4th floors of the building only). I will go back there.

I booked a room with this Hotel the day that I arrived. It was lastminute, but I believe now, that everytime I go to Saarbrucken I willstay in this Hotel. The view is right in the center of the city squareright on the canal, and the room is cozy, and very humble. I will takemy lady with me next time I go, and I know she will enjoy the closenessand cleanliness of this Hotel.
