This hotel is run by a family, which gives it a cosy environment.Staff is really nice and helpful. Europapark is just about 5 min by walking. Please is small but well distributed. Breakfast is fair for the price: yogurth, cereal,bread, salami, ham, cheese, etc. Bedroom, restroom and lounge perfectly clean and tidy. Real value for money.

Hotel Ricci is a hotel of supreme charme with a family owner that take great pride in their hotel and offer an outstanding service, spacious comfortable and very clean rooms with continental breakfast, Europa Park it's just 10 minutes walk, great value for money. They talk german, italian, english, french and are unbeliveble friendly. It was an incredible magic stay. The owner family is amaizing, been very friendly from the begining, we spend Christmas together, they took us to little trips and to the train when we need it. We been there for 12 days and we had the most relaxing holiday ever so we can really recommend this hotel and will come back again. Sandra London

The hotel managed by the Ricci family was very nice and friendly. They let us check in earlier than usual and it really was a short ten minute walk to Europa Park along two very pretty streets. Parking was just behind the hotel. The family room for four was comfortable, bathroom lovely and bright. The breakfast was perfect with the best coffee and hot chocolate ever. We were given lots of information about Europa park, very useful for our first visit. All in all a great stay.

We were a family with 4 kids visiting Europapark. I was looking for ahotel outside the park to at least see a bit of the surrounding area aswell, and offering comfortable rooms but no luxury since that would havebeen a waste. In Elzpark Apartments I found exactly what I was lookingfor. From the onset of the booking process up to the bill settlement,terms, conditions, arrangements for the late check-in etc were crystalclear. The rooms and all facilities were of an irreproachablecleanliness. I loved the kitchen concept. In addition to the fullyequipped private kitchen in the apartment, there is a shared kitchenwith breakfast buffet and eating area downstairs. For instance, forbreakfast, you can find fresh food in the bakery next door, and all therest you can think of is in the kitchen or the buffet, all very neat andclean. My family and I stayed at the apartments just recently. We frequently travel in Europe, and have to say this place is great. We are a family of 5 with 2 children under 2, so finding a place to accommodate us is challenging at times. Furthermore, the apartment more than exceeded our needs and expectations. Rust is a small town, but has all the amenities for a great family vacation. Europa Park was less than a 5 minute walk and so were all the restaurants. The staff spoke English, so communication was not an issue. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars.

Well positioned and within walking distance to all local facilities.There is a bakery round the corner for fresh bread for each monring. The garden is at the rear of the property and is large and well equipped with garden furniture for relaxing. Breakfast arrangements and access to drinks is based on a "trust you" approach. Open access to all food and drinks in the kitchen area. You have to keep a tick list of items taken and settle the bill at the end of your stay.

Excellent location for one to visit Europa Park literally a five minute walk from Pension Jäger. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The Lady owner even undertook to do our laundry which we needed as we were traveling with four young kids and been to Germany already a few days. Very nice breakfast prepared every morning with variety of cheeses, hams, fruits, cereals, freshly cooked eggs to our liking, juices etc. The Pension although located centrally was very quiet and we were able to sleep well after a tiring day. Nice big kitchen also where a family can prepare a meal.

We stayed 2 nights with our two children 3 and 5 year olds. We were herelast Christmas time and enjoyed it so much, we came back. The owner is avery nice couple, very friendly, very helpful and the breakfast isfantastic! Eggs cooked however you want. Very family friendly. Room wasgreat! Big and spacious and very clean. 7 min walk to Europapark so thatis also very convenient. For the price, you get much more. Not worth togo to a bigger hotel at the park and pay eur 300 a night! We paid eur 95with breakfast for all four of us. Cannot beat that anywhere. Thank youfor your hospitality. We had a wonderful time!!

We were thoroughly satisfied: enough parking spaces on site, our roomwas big and very clean, breakfast left nothing to be desired and it'sonly a short walk to the main entrance of the Europa Park (which was ourreason for staying in Rust). The owners are particularly friendly andwelcoming. The decoration of the house has a very personal touch to it;it is obvious that this guesthouse is run by people who enjoy their workand care about the happiness of their guests. I'd stay there again.

The owner is outgoing and helpful. The location of the hotel to amusement park is close but I wouldn't walk to it with small kids. The hotel gives you a parking voucher to use for parking so best to park at the amusement park. Also you will receive several very useful vouchers for various things in Rust along with local bus and train travel is free with voucher. Our room was large, clean and recently renovated. There was bunk beds in one corner and a fold out couch. Easily a family could all fit. The breakfast was adult and child friendly and there was more then enough there for options and free.

The staff was very friendly and informative. The location to Europa Parkwas excellent, 5 minute walk. 5 minute walk to downtown Rust for dinneror shopping. The room was clean and as advertised. Wifi was available,but didn't use so can't comment on the speed of the service.

We are actually moved to Apollon Hotel, This hotel have same owner. Apollon hotel only 15 minutes walk from the Park. So if you book to the gastehaus elzblick,they will ask you to stay at Apollon hotel,thats even better hotel and better locatie then the gastehaus.

The owner, Stefan, is a great host with varied interests, an artisticstreak and a command of many languages! I stayed in a brand new roomwith my daughter which rivals most 3* hotels.The room we stayed in (1of 9) had all the essentials - linen, bath soap, bottle of water, tvetc. Parking is available for guests and you can walk down toEuropapark for your day visits with no extra charges incurred! Thefacilities are great with a playroom - fussball/ bebe foot, ping-pong,darts, a full climbing wall, gym space to stretch/ exercise. Breakfastwas plentiful- german breads, jams, cheeses, cold meats, boiled egg,fruits, cereals, juice, tea/ coffee. Europapark tix can be purchased atguesthouse to avoid long queues.

To sum it up, our experience has been awesome. Great hospitality, goodbreakfast and perfectly clean rooms. The hotel even offered to pick usup from Ringsheim train station. The property has a private park for thekids to play. And the property is very close to 'Europa Park'. I highlyrecommend this hotel for families with kids, who plan to visit 'EuropaPark' or have a quiet short-vacation. Stefan is a great host and madethe whole experience worthwhile.

The room was absolutely spotless. The beds were comfortable. There wasplenty of room to spread out for the 4 of us. The common area is verynice and well kept. The kids loved the play areas. Breakfast had a smallbut nice variety. Different meats, cheeses and breads, soft boiled eggs,fruit and cereal. Tea, coffee and different juices to drink.

The rooms were spacious and clean, well decorated, in a private house.(They were 'the earth and the sea rooms'). The whole room is in a veryquiet position, surrounded by green with a nice garden. There were somesweets and the boiler for coffee and tea. The bathroom was very large,with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower. The breakfast was superb,home made and full (eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, croissants, etc.) thehousekeeper was very helpful and nice. It's only 3 minutes by car froeuropa park, and the housekeeper gave us a free parking card for thepark. Free parking near the house. free internet access, too!

This is a great hotel. The staff, the service, the food, the cleanness, the location … it’s an excellent hotel. Definitely would be my first choice next time I’m visiting Eurpapark. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was everything you can ask for … I really cannot find any faults with this hotel!

It was recommended by someone. It was a lovely place. The decor was very well thought out and the amenities ....tea, coffee in the room was nice after a long day at Europa Park. The breakfast room was beautiful with a good variety of choice for breakfast. The hostess spoke English that was helpful!
