Wonderful place to stay... Great rooms, freindly staff, amazing food andgreat breakfast. Close to several castles, the Alps and many otheratttractions. Many families stay here for weeks and radiate out to otherattractions. Also, seven different playgrounds in this little town!

Spacious room, quiet and with great view. Comfortable beds, good shower (w/shampoo etc.). Great breakfast, with yoghurt, muesli, fresh fruits, good selection of breads. No eggs. Very friendly & helpful owners. Dinner tip: Tubladel in Ortisei (4km away). Bit pricey, but excellent food and service. Worth it!

Mr. Martin (owner) and his wife are very kindly person. The hotel is like a family house, not so luxury, but warm. Everything is simple and good. The breakfast is very good. To stay there you must go by car because many interest cities arround hotel area, including the Castles and sky areas.

It is a very friendly family run hotel. We had a beautiful view from ourroom. It is in a very quiet and beatiful region of the Alps. It is in15minutes drive from Neushwanstein castle and 30 minutes from Linderhof.The family who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. You can usethis hotel for a really nice vacation in the Bavarian Alps.

This hotel is excellent!!! The family owners were very friendly.They provided very good service. Every morning we enjoyed our breakfast just like at home. The owners greetings to everyone. We got lots of travel information from the hotel. The location is very good if you travel with a car.We visited Neuschwanstein, Linderhof, Wies Church, Oberammergau, Plansee lake etc. The views are gorgeous. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Free Parking.There are very beautiful views around the hotel. Quiet location. Many restaurants are nearby the hotel. Local food are all decilious. We like this hotel very much! We will come again next time!

The hotel is very nice, comfortable apartment and ideal for children.Owners very friendly and nice. Breakfast very good. Perfect situation tovisit a lot of interesting places. Very quiet and pleasant, totallyrecommended.

Very cosy and spacious room (actually 2 rooms!) with large balcony. The view from the hotel was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful personal. The breakfast was one of the best ever: really rich with many kinds of bread, cheese, meat and fruits served in the bavarian style. Perfect location for visiting the nearby castles. Ideal for families.

We hiked in to Bergidyll and Pfronten from Fussen, and arrived fairly late, and somewhat wet from an hour or so of rain. The front desk attendant was extremely friendly, spoke fluent English, and gave us two solid restaurant recommendations, and answered all our questions. The room was very pleasant, and the included breakfast was above average.

Truly splendid decor - a feast for the eyes. The interior is finished in traditional Bavarian style: beautiful wooden ceilings and carved pillars, for example. We enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. Our family bedroom included a spiral staircase to an upper level - much to our amusement of us and that of our children. Great views - truly a 'berg panorama'.
