Easy-going staff, friendly to young families. You should start a special section for this type of hotel for people like us as it would save time wading through lots of hotels that might not be suitable!

Akzent Hotel Klute was wonderful in that it was much like a family home,beautifully decorated, and very personal. My single room had everythingI needed, including a nice-sized bathroom. The buffet breakfast wasserved in a lovely dining room and was delicious and plentiful. Myhusband and I will be visiting Osnabruck in the Spring and I intend toreserve a double room at Akzent Hotel Klute!

The hotel is on a good location for people looking for a stopover from the Autobahn, although the city is (by car) not very far away.

Great location in the old part of the city - some lovely shops and avery tranquil stay. The staff were very friendly and nothing was toomuch trouble. The food in the hotel was excellent, both at breakfasttime and at dinner. We are already planning our next visit.

the court ( lounge ) was really good. a calm, relaxing place in the middle of the city. windows keep out the noise. roomservice was extremely attentive. we put the do not disturb sign up so they prepared a package with spare toilet paper, towels, soap... and left it in front of our door.

Ambiente, People, Location, Comfort, Gemuetlichkeit was great ! However,the mixer at the lounge-bar was so loud that we had to disrupt ourconversation. That gismo belongs into the kitchen. Guest access to theirhotel rooms through the automatic door of the bar lounge to the opencourtyard seems to be a hick-up by the planning architect and should beremedied. The constant cold air coming into the bar lounge calls for apreventive flue shot for the guests sitting near the door. We gladlycome back to the lounge, if these two items are corrected.

The hotel was very central and easy to find. The staff were veryfriendly and welcoming speaking in English. The hotel provided a verygood buffet breakfast with plenty choice and the restaurant offered themenu in English and the quality of the meal was very good. The hotel wasvery clean and tidy and certainly deserved the 3 stars.

Hotel Westermann is a quiet and comfortable hotel. It is not a modern hotel, but its beds are excellent and the breakfasts are good. We walked to the hotel from the railway station (Hauptbahnhof), which took about 15 minutes. The hotel is a pleasant and affordable place to stay in Osnabrueck. I would recommend it for budget-wise couples.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights with two adult daughters and booked the hotel because it offered a 3 person room and was within walking distance of Osnabruck shops - takes about 13-15 minutes all on the level to Neumarkt area. The hotel was very clean and room comfortably furnished. With the temperature down to -7 in the day the room was lovely and warm and we had control of the heating for the room. It is on a corner of a road and you can hear a little traffic noise during the day but not a huge amount and it is quiet during the evening/night (I'm a light sleeper and didn't hear a thing). There is a lift which was good as we were on the third floor. I would stay again.

Hotel Manager very helpful and friendly, I have never had a Germanbreakfast and must admit I loved it, food fresh and tasty, have to sayfor a budget hotel it delivered what I expected

Good location, rooms clean and comfortable and insulated from thetraffic noise outside but then our room was to the rear. The centre oftown is a short walk away but make use of the bakery/cafe across theroad - yum yum. The Manager is an affable and polite fellow. 65 Eurosincluded breakfast which was the usual euro fare, plenty of coffeethough. We would stay there again.

The double room we had for 3 nights was spacious with a an agreeableoutlook, and the en suite bathroom was also big. The view of largesuburban gardens from both windows was pretty. The hotel turned out tobe situated on a bus route direct to the cathedral square beside thetheatre, and was about 15 minutes walk from the main railway station.Osnabrueck is a small but agreeable historic town in north Germany.
