The hotel is only about 10 minutes drive from Munich Airport, and is situated in the same road as the Sheriton and Holiday Inn. It has a lovely restaurant that serves traditional meals and the staff were able to translate the menu for us! The rooms looked as if they had only just been upgraded and it was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice.

The hotel is well situated close to Munich Intl Airport.The rooms are modern and very clean. There is a good restaurant offering excellent value local fayre and a traditional Bavarian breakfast is included

This guest house is located just 5k from the Munich Airport but was sonice and authentically Bavarian that it seemed it was in a small villagecomplete with beer garden. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Theroom was spotless and the staff was very gracious.

The hotel is convenient to the airport with good shuttle service. The restaurant and bar serve fine food and drink . It is a modern, chain hotel and not quaint, but an excellent stop before or after an overseas flight.

Everything at this Hotel was excellent. We Chose this for the locationnear to Munich Airport, a shuttle bus was provided at a charge of 8Euros per room. The comfort of the bed and room was excellent, sorry tosay it was only a stay for one night before our flight back to the uk.

Excellent service, breakfast was included in the price and was really good with lots of variety for even a picky person like myself. The room was clean and comfortable, beds were good. The walls appeared to be rather thin and we were able to clearly hear what people were speaking in the hallway. This wasn't however a problem because the place wasn't noisy really - it's an airport hotel so people don't come there to party. Will definitely stay there again if we need an airport hotel in Munich!

The room was very clean, modern, and quiet. It, also, had air conditioning. The staff and the airport shuttle were very efficient. It's a great hotel, I would stay there again.

It's close to the airport but the charge for the shuttle negates thisadvantage as it would be possible to take a taxi to dozens of other moreaccommodating hotels for a lower transportation cost.

This hotel is located just a few miles from the Munich airport with ashuttle servce (for a fee); hence, it's a very good choice for anovernight stay before a flight back to the U.S. It's well-run, the roomsare spacious with excellent bathrooms. The restaurant is good and thebreakfast buffet (16 Euros) is a good value. When I didn't like thefirst room I was given--way too far from the center of things--I wasimmediately given a different one with no fuss.

What I liked most was the bedroom which was very spacious and the bedwas very comfortable. It was also great that we were 3 adults and achild and I did not have to share a small bed with my little daughter.Since there were two double beds there was space enought for both of us.It was great.

Location, effcient staff, everything works. Contrary to some previous opinions, airport shuttle ticket was complimentary, and there was CNN on the list of TV channels

We appreciated the proximity to the airport, the ease of arranging shuttle transport to the airport in the early morning hours, the cleanliness of the room, and the good restaurant.

They charge for shuttle to and from the airport. If you are not driving you then have to rely on the train to get into town, that means shuttle to the airport terminal to catch the train. The shuttle cost £8 each direction. The hotel rate through Booking.com was great but the additional cost for food and wifi access eats up the savings. The hotel manager was not available to help out when we voiced our concerns to the staff.

Upon our arrival, the hotel staff made us feel welcome. Registration wasvery fast because the paper work was already prepared. Our room wasclean and it looked similar to the photos posted. Wireless signal wasgood. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! The staff in the breakfastroom were friendly and helpful. They always made sure that the servingtrays were not empty. As far as the neighborhood, we did not feelthreatened. Since the hotel is close to the main train station, a lot offoot traffic is to be expected.

The Mirabell is a good hotel for the price. It is centrally located close to the HauptBahnHoff, 5 blocks from the main old town shopping and siteseeing area, and 5 blocks from the OctoberFest fair grounds. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and modern. My only complaint is the neighborhood where the hotel is located is a little rundown...with some casinos and sex clubs nearby. But I will say, we did feel safe and were never bothered by anyone....all in all we would do it again. We visited to take the children to the Christmas Markets and we needed to be close to the train station.

10/10 for Hotel Mirabell as it is the first hotel in Europe to provide tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms which we have visited. The room staff did an excellant job in cleaning the rooms ona daily basis they also changed bedding during our stay and changed towels daily. As for breakfast service also 10/10 for the variety of food available and again the staff worked really hard. Just a tip for any future visitors to this hotel on arriving at The Hauptbahnof leave the station near to platform 11 exit cross the road and walk down Goethe Strasse to the junction of Landwehr Strasse a distance of 600 meters

Breakfast was good and the staff were not slow in keeping the buffet barwell stocked. Dining area was well presented, a bit "boutique style"never the less always well serviced. Rooms were heated exremely well andstaff were always helpful and polite. The hotel was easy to find andonly minutes away from the main railway station in Munich. It was withineasy reach of both the Showground and main shopping areas making it asuitable choice for those consious of a budget priced accomodation andwho are requiring to be based reasonably central. Our room (208) was atthe rear of the hotel and was generally quiet so enabling sleep withoutnoise distractions. Bathroom was on the small size however within thefacilities included was a hairdryer.

Conveniently located (50 m to main train station - Hauptbahnhof), and surprisingly quiet given its location. Excellent value, especially for Munich. Close to city center (Marienplatz; 2 S-Bahn stops, or 30-40 minutes by foot through pedestrian/shopping zones), only 50 m from an inexpensive Internet Cafe (0.80 Euro/30 min) and a Back Factory (cheapest baked goods, sandwiches, drinks in Munich, e.g. $2 for a cheese/tomato/lettuce sandwich; located at the regional train end of the station, near tracks 29-31). Would definitely stay at the Regent again.

Pleasant welcome on our arrival late at night. Comfortable quiet roomas we requested although the beds were rather hard! Large windowsopened fully if required which were necessary as it was very hot andthere did not appear to be any air conditioning. Fortunately our roomwas on the shady side. The bathroom was clean and adequate if not quiteas modern as one would have expected, but clean towels etc. daily. Thebreakfast which was included was excellent and well served in an oldeworldy German room with good service. The hotel, practically acrossfrom the main station. And u and s Bahns was also just across from theAirport Bus.
