People-friendly generally; very good location, right up from the Weinachtsmarkt; lots of shopping opportunities; excellent beer at the (attached) local brewery; really good Bavarian food at the Biergarten.

If you love German chemical-free beer and delicious meet then you shouldstay here! Although there's a pub under the rooms you won't hereits noise: great soundproof! Very nice owners and their staff.

The quiet and the park view from the room. The lake and the walks, which I would very much have liked to have more time for. The Gabrielle Munter museum, which I should very much have liked to visit, but which wasn't open in the morning when I might have been able to. Seems to be a lovely area with some interesting events going on too. Impossible to fully appreciate on just an overnight en route to another destination.

The owner and the staff were warm, friendly and instantly likeable. The room and bath were spacious and spotlessly clean. A very nice breakfast and fantastic evening meal were served each day and were included in the reasonable rate. You leave there feeling like you received full value for every dollar or Euro spent.

The room and bath were spacious, attractive, and very clean. The viewwas beautiful. The owner and the waitresses made you feel welcome.Included in the reasonable price was a very nice breakfast buffet and acomplete three course dinner. There was a wide variety of meals fromwhich to choose and the food was expertly prepared. Another big plus wasthat free parking was provided. All of these factors made this hotel thegreatest value of any that we have experienced while here in Europe.This is the kind of hotel that you will want to revisit whenever theopportunity arises.

The staff are kind and helpful. The is tidy and clean, though not very modern. I stayed in a single room, which was very small, but comfortable enough for me. The price was for half board. Both the breakfast and dinner were carefully prepared and of great flavor. The hotel locates by the quiet mountain, close to an outlook. However it's 20 minutes walk from the train station, and the paths are certainly not easy for people with luggages. So call the hotel, the staff will pick you up or drop you at the train station. Last but not least, the view is marvellous. I will come back.
