The location and the deluxe room #315 were very good (big room, tv, armchairs, bath). I spent in the deluxe room just 4 days, because all the deluxe rooms had been already booked, so other 4 days of my trip i had to spend in the normal room. The hotel is nice, its not old, the furniture is rather good. You can reach everything you want (all the main sightseeings) by foot, its no problem. There is a big variety of restaurants and bookstores, other shops near the hotel. I liked it very much.

The hotel was expensive for what we got. However we were there over the Oktoberfest, so all the hotels were charging ridiculous rates compared to normal times. I shared the room with a friend - rooms were comfortable but the bathroom was very small - it was a battle for a person of over 6 feet to fit into the bathroom. Overall though, I would return at the rates that we paid outside of Oktoberfest. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Location was great for us as it was near the museums we planned to attend. The English Gardens were really close; it was lovely to spend time surrounded by greenery after a day of city life. We still can't believe they surf in the park! Well worth seeing... Hotel was very chic, someone has spent some time and attention designing this environment.
