Hotel had a nice restaurant, with excellent food at lunch and dinner atreasonable cost. Accepted credit card payment. Parking was adequate.When my wife needed medical attention late saturday night the manager,Wolfgang, facilitated us seeing a doctor within walking distance. Thiswas much more than we expected,and everything turned out well.

Liked the shower very much, room for taking a shower with two, easily... if you're not so inclined, plain glass to admire your partnerthrough ... Excellent beds, clean room, view of the town - well, more orless. Interesting breakfast room in the vaulted cellars, excellentbreakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to thecity centre and the castle and fortifications, both must sees.

This was a lovely hotel perfectly located across the old town bridge ofWurzburg. The room was very large, with seperate seating area. Bed wasvery comfortable and bathroom had excellent shower. The breakfast buffetwas large and plentiful with everything you could ask for. The hotel isfamily owned and run and the owners and all staff were very helpful andfriendly during our stay. I would definately stay here again.

The staff were amazingly kind and generous. I thought I'd had my walletstolen. They offered me cash on the spot to get me through for food andgas. Everything worked out and they even found and returned my walletand all the cash was there. Their breakfast room was charming and thesmell of the freshly baked brotchen made it easy to wake in the morning.Lovely place, friendly staff and rooms were neat and quirky. At thestart of the Fussweg to Festung Marienberg.. I would definitely staywith them again.
