Although the initial impression was not the best (the hotel door waslocked and we had to ring the bell, the person who opened spokeabsolutely no English and the hotel looked as if we were the onlyguests) from the next day onwards the owner and the atmosphere recovedall the bad initial impressions. Once you realize the style of the hoteleverything is obvious. The owner is extremely helpful (speeks English)and eager to serve you as best possible, the breakfast is very good,dinner also. The room we stayed was spacious for the 3 of us. Beds weregood. Hotel was quiet.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Service was very friendly andhelpful. Breakfast was absolutely superb. We would happily stay thereagain without any concerns. Can recommend to anyone.

The staff was exceedingly helpful. The hotel is only two blocks fromthe railroad station and all the center city. The breakfast buffetwas excellent and fresh—lots of fruit, scrambled eggs and sausage,wurst, juice. The hotel is so small that we guests quickly got toknow the staff by first names. There is a refrigerator by the frontdesk with candy, beer, and pop., Billable to the room. They scheduledroom-cleaning to our needs. We recommend this hotel most strongly.Non-smoking.

Friendly, silent, homely. Good breakfast, good espresso available.. Absolutely no queuing, five minutes walk from the center. Practical details clean and high quality. Good possibiliyt to adjust heating and ventilation.

Nice hotel on a good location. Parking in public garage 50 meters from hotel. In the summertime airconditioning would be better than opening a window. Wifi is not expensive €3 for two hours but should be fir free.

Easy to find just a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel was located perfectly for visiting the Minster, Fishermens' Quarter & Rathaus. Friendly staff & a good beer garden, this hotel was better than I expected it to be.
