Plenty of free parking right in front of the hotel. We were given a hugeroom with two balconies, everything you need was there. No mini-bar butvending machines in the hallways. Tea and coffee was available with roomservice and free. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety andworth the price. The panoramic restaurant was nice and the food was goodbut nothing to go wild about! Try the Historical winecellar restaurantin the old part of Koblenz, great food, service and a superb wine list.Free WiFi in room. Very helpful staff. Nice location with a small parkbehind the hotel.

When we arrived at th hotel we where told they where fully booked I wasstarting to worrie as I hade booked well in advance but the lady onreception said no need to worrie they had upgraded us to a suite at noextra cost. The room was large and niceley decorated and was clean(could have done with a dust but not a big issue) bathroom was veryclean and tidy.some of the walls nr the windows in the corridors wouldhave done with a lick of paint as they looked a little tired. The staffwhere all very helpful and spoke very good English a very helpful thingas my German is very basic. Would stay at this hotel again.

I originally chose Best Western because I booked a boat trip on theRhine and it departed from Koblenz and because of the mountain viewposted on their webpage. The view was remarkably better than I hadimagined; from our balcony we could see surrounding mountains,Stolenfelz Castle, Lahneck Castle, and the Rhine. We listened to thebirds sing in the morning and in early evening watched people relax andenjoy their meal at this little resturant not far from the hotel. Thestaff we extremely nice, fluent in English, the hotel and room wassparkling clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved and enjoyed our stayto the fullest. David and Steph, Manassas va
