The setting of this hotel/castle was magnificent. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant. The rooms are nothing fancy, but provided the necessities of an overnite stay. To accomodate us, they made our breakfast early for our early departure. We would definitely stay here again.

Restaurant was good. Room and menu prices were fair. Accommodation was pleasant, enough space in the room. Amenities in the bathroom.

We stayed 3 nights only. The hotel looks good, and is good value for its money. Good parking facilities. We were looking for a 4-star hotel in Kleve, and considered the name '(ex) Golden Tulip' a reassuring choice.

Staff were helpful. Pool was good. Free parking. Room comfortable with good air-con. A small sports complex very close by offered badminton, indoor tennis and ten pin bowling, plus a bar and good cheap meals in the evening. Multi-plex cinema also very close. I would stay here again.
