Miguel, the breakfast waiter was very nice and helpfull, always with a friendly smile. We enjoyed it every day. The park wiew is very relaxing! Good location!

The people at the hotel were helpful and friendly. Distance to the airport was 5min away and I recommend if flights are very early in the morning.

It was easy to find; well-signed. The location was great since we wereflying out the next day. The staff was exceptionally gracious andhelpful. It was clean, comfortable, and the morning breakfast was verynice. Staff was willing to prepare us a light meal for dinner when wearrived and we appreciated not having to go out from the hotel and takethe chance of getting lost!

The restaurant around the corner Split. It was a great find for our night before we left to go back to the states. The hotel was very modest but perfect to get to the airport the next day!

Very friendly and helpful family run hotel. Perfect for business and close to airport. Excellent value for money. Good restaurant (suitable for business entertaining also), good breakfast.Loved the decor (not like a boring chain hotel!), haribos on pillow! Highly recommended.

Room was very comfortable and colorful, roomy and made our stay very pleasant. Restaurant service and food were excellent. Location close to airport with reasonable shuttle service available.

This hotel is perfect if one wishes to stay near the Frankfurt Airport.There is a free shuttle approximately every half hour, available at theairport in the hotel shuttle zone. It begins service at 5 A.M. from thehotel and was very convenient! Hotel check-in was a bit slow because agroup was checking in when I arrived so they could have had more staffon hand. The room was clean and neat and looked brand-new. There is nofree WiFi but there are two computers in the lobby for guests to use.The Mercure has a restaurant on site and also a bar. I would definitelystay there again and the price was right!! Breakfast was not includedand costs 18 Euros.

This is a small but clean hotel with great value for money. Nicecontinental breakfast for 18 euro. Only problem I found is a bottle ofwater costing 6.50 euro a bottle.. So get a few bottles from theairport on your way to this hotel. However you will find the cost ofstaying here quite nice as it is near the airport and the airportshuttle is always prompt and reliable. Hotel itself is quiet with somenice treed surrounding. I have stayed here with my wife twice and wehave both liked it.

We chose this hotel for it's price and location to the FrankfurtAirport. It is a little further away than some other hotels, but theshuttle bus works very well. The hotel is clean and comfortable and therooms are nice. The hotel restaurant offered a nice selection for dinnerand the prices were quite comparable to a normal restaurant in Germany.Breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from.

The neighbourhood where it is situated is quiet, peaceful and appear safe. Therefore, there are little security concerns for the visitor. There is a shopping complex directly opposite the hotel across the road where one can purchase most of the needs. The hotel serves a buffet in the morning and dinner at night. Unfortunately, it does not serve lunch! The hotel has a regular shuttle bus to the nearby Frankfurt airport. Of course I would like to stay in the hotel again soon and recommend it to any traveller. One more thing, the international phone calls bill presented to me at the hotel was rather high, for the very few calls I made from my room. However, the hotel claims that is a German problem and not theirs.

We stayed at the hotel because we had one night in Frankfurt before flying out, and we needed an airport shuttle. The hotel is good, although not excellent, and a good value for its price; however, I've been in better hotels and will probably try a different hotel next time we're in Frankfurt. The shuttle runs every half hour, which is nice. The hotel is located in a small village outside Frankfurt; it's across the street from several small grocery stores and a short walk away from many restaurants.

We greatly appreciated the free airport shuttle. That was one of the main reasons we reserved a room at this particular hotel. Rooms were very nice and in hotel lounge and dinning room were nice as well. Our family enjoys smaller hotels over large hotels, so this was a nice quite place for us to stay. We will continue to stay at this hotel in our future trips through Frankfurt.

Rooms were very nice and in hotel lounge and dinning room were nice as well. Our family enjoys smaller hotels over large hotels, so this was a nice quite place for us to stay. We will continue to stay at this hotel in our future trips through Frankfurt.

The free Wifi and parking is a great plus. Most hotels dont tell youabout the paking fee when you book and it ends up costing you more thanyou budgeted for. Booking in was very user friendly and wish more hotelswould use that system. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom wasspotless! Liked the fact that there was space in the room to put yourbelongings down and there were enough plugpoints. Will definitelyrecommend to anyone!

I loved the decor, and the fact that there were 4 beds to accommodate our family with a reasonable rate. I also loved the option of having breakfast (or not). Very easy to get to the airport from here. Also amazingly good sound proofing done on the building, couldn't hear a thing from outdoors AND it was the only hotel we stayed in in 2 1/2 weeks that had air conditioning!

The room was clean Staff are unfriendly and rude!!!!! They don't anwser your Good morning/afternoon even if you say that in german another ex: we asked many times if they have internet they did NOT Answer they ignore your presence when you get in the hotel when you have to pay, YES they talk to you, but not even look to our face RUDE staff .
