The room was very comfortable for travelling with kids: spacious and modern with comfortable beds for the kids, nice details as coloring pencils for the kids and big flat tv screen in it. The stay was easy and practical for visiting Europa Park. Breakfast was good enough.

We had an excellent visit. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, the food was very delicious. We ate there every night. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. There was a children's play area next to the lobby, free parking and internet. The hotel was in a great location, not far from Europa Park. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be coming back.

We were really satisfied with the location, service and the staff as well. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of food and drinks. We will recommend your hotel to anyone who would like to spend a few days in this region to go on a city trip, to visit the famous Europapark or just discover natural beauties. The hotel is ideal for families because the neighbourhood is quiet and there are many holiday destinations nearby.

I have great pleasure in recommending this hotel. The owner/chef is a perfect gentleman, the rooms are well equipped and are very clean. The evening meal was a huge portion of Schnitzel very reasonably priced and served by a delightful waitress. The breakfast was a feast with yet another lovely lady in attendance. This is where I could stay forever, Rheintal I love you.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to visit the nearby Europa Park. It's a short drive away. This family run hotel has incredibly friendly staff. There is off road parking, nice fresh, bright clean rooms with comfortable beds. Free WiFi too!! Breakfast was wonderful and the lady who served breakfast was polite, friendly and considerate. The owner of the hotel is very polite and speaks excellent English. We will use this hotel again on our next visit to Europa Park.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. We took a large room for 2 adultsand 2 children. The room itself, the beds and the bathroom, all was veryclean and nice. In the evening we had dinner at the hotel and reallyenjoyed it. The food is very nice as well. What I most appreciated wasthe service from the staff and their kindness. Breakfast in the morningwas small but very nice. Just what we needed. As well in the morning,very friendly and nice service. Next time we are in the neighborhood andneed a place to stay, we know where to go.

The hotel managed by the Ricci family was very nice and friendly. They let us check in earlier than usual and it really was a short ten minute walk to Europa Park along two very pretty streets. Parking was just behind the hotel. The family room for four was comfortable, bathroom lovely and bright. The breakfast was perfect with the best coffee and hot chocolate ever. We were given lots of information about Europa park, very useful for our first visit. All in all a great stay.

Hotel Ricci is a hotel of supreme charme with a family owner that take great pride in their hotel and offer an outstanding service, spacious comfortable and very clean rooms with continental breakfast, Europa Park it's just 10 minutes walk, great value for money. They talk german, italian, english, french and are unbeliveble friendly. It was an incredible magic stay. The owner family is amaizing, been very friendly from the begining, we spend Christmas together, they took us to little trips and to the train when we need it. We been there for 12 days and we had the most relaxing holiday ever so we can really recommend this hotel and will come back again. Sandra London

Room was clean. Breakfast was goof and served in the room. The tenants only speak German, so make sure you can speak or at least understand a few words. Payment not possible by credit card, cash only. The hotel is a short 10-min walk to the entrance of Europa Park and you can leave your car at the hotel.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and they left us a free aperitif on New Years Eve. The bathrooms downstairs were particularly excellent. It was brilliantly located near to the village facilties and took 8 minutes to walk to Europa-Park main entrance. We also used the Europa-Park hotel restaurants/bars in the evening and it was around 15 minutes walk back from there. Highly recommended, thank you!
