We just used this hotel on our way to a ski holiday in Italy - to cut the long road in two pieces. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food of good quality .

I enjoyed the location as being close to the track meant that you need only a few minutes to prepare before the planed days program was due to start. You already feel the racing atmosphere as soon as you arrive at the Hotel Motodrom.

Wow, what can I say, for any petrol head this surely has to be one ofthe best hotels to stay in. Breakfast overlooks the start/finishstraight, the morning we ate there was bike racing going round the track( my favourite). The breakfast itself cannot be faulted, far better thanany 4* Ive stayed in, continental and cooked inc- meats and chees,sausages/bacon/scrambled eggs/ tomatoes with cheese on them, yogurts,fruit, smoked salmon, boiled eggs, need I go on? Definately recommendthis hotel without a doubt and very reasonably priced given location (80 euros double room), parking right out the front of thr hotel, Icounted 41 spaces at least. The motorsport museum is about 3 min walk upthe road, and if there is practise sessions on track you can sit in thegrandstand and watch for free. Hockenheim centre around 5 mins drive, wehad a donner kebab from a grill place in the centre, was very good valueand better than any I have had in this country ( not sloppy) Willdefinately return.

The staff were very helpful and polite, Hotel at all times even when we returned to our room at the end of the day the whole room was tied and cleaned which was very refreshing after a day out. Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive.

The hotel was quite good for the price that we paid. The room was warmand the service was good as well. We only spend the one night during ourvisit to Speyer. The McDonalds next door makes it a easy option for theevening meal. The breakfast was also reasonable.

The free parking of the hotel is one of the advantages as also theexistance of a fast food next to it (mc donalds). I only spend a nightat this hotel after my visit to heidelberg which is not very far. atnight I needed a doctor because I didhn't feel ok and the receptioncalled immediately one to come over my room.

Quiet location near autobahn (not too near!). Ideal overnight stop onlong journey from uk. Food excellent.

A very nice quaint country inn with friendly staff, a nice restaurant,very clean and neat. Lot of interesting decor. I would go there again.

One of the best looking hotels we've stayed in!!! Rooms are mostly setaround an ivy covered courtyard and are lovely - decorated in bronze andbrown and vey restful. Parking both above ground and underground.Breakfast included in price. Right at entrance to main street of Speyerand beside Dom / catherdral. Just so pretty and really good value.

Everything was very good except getting there due to the area beingclosed to vehicles due to and extremely interesting farmers market beingheld in adjacent areas but a multi storey car park at the other end ofthe area was only Eu2.50 A day. Breakfast excellent. No restaurant inthe hotel but the Domhof Brauhaus next door provides excellent beer andmeals. The hotel is virtually under Speyer cathedral (Dom), the hourlyclock chimes could be troublesome. The magnificent new organ wasdedicated at time of visit, this organ sounds superb.
